Amazing I Am Impressed....... Recently I visited Medical college post office. I had to send parcel so I went there Amazing Experience. The staff did my work very quickly. It was completely empty, there were no more people. It will be crowded in the morning. Working Time Mon to Fri till 2pm. Working Time Saturday till 12pm. Staffs are very polite & helpful....... Thank you so much for Beautiful services.

Crowded during office hours as so many people depend on this post office for various purposes. Adhar updation is possible as they have an exclusive counter which starts at 9.00 am to 1.00 pm . International parcels can be despatched from here and the rate is reasonable. Postal accidental insurance is also done here . Ramp is also constructed here for the wheel chair bound customers, the disabled and for the senior citizens. Parking is also available.

Very bad customer service.I went there for remitting PLI premium on 2.50pm and one of the officer show me a counter and i waited there in a queue for half hour and when my turn comes the staff at counter said PLI can be remitted till 3.00pm so I can't remit the same and the sad part is they didn't display any time limit of remittance as display and neither the officer I enquired informed be about the time limit,so that I wasted half an hour in that queue.

A Govt of India owned postal service. Sells all postal material and offers local international and speed post and registered post services. Ine can obtain services for pension life certificate here. Offers savings bank services. Ample free parking space. Accepts cash credit card and digital payments. Very courteous service. Open from 9 AM to 4 PM, closed on public holidays.

Very neat and clean. Looked like a newly painted building. The staff was quick to offer service.

The staff here found to be very cordial and helpful. Services offered are quick and quite satisfactory. More women were seen here working in the dept of Post & Telegraph in comparison to Northern States. I had a wonderful association with the postal employees wherever I have gone. These people are really hard working. It's a Postal Payment Bank Limited now.

Staffs are always friendly and helpful whenever I go there to collect parcels or send posts. Once I forgot to take id while sending a speed post to Dubai. But, unlike other office, the staff didn't make a fuss about it. Asked me to send my id to office mail and he took print.
