A girl who wears specs was so rude that even don't have any care about customer services While an aunty who was very helpful and caring a lot These type of Rude behaviour was makes the kind person there as they are equal please just take care about the issues Also we are the one who maintains and responsible for your existence KETTO?!

Never had any bad experience till recently, one person coming to our home to deliver ask too much of personal questions and dont talk politely. All these years all of them who come to our home was nice except one. We treated nicely from first day onwards, but toooo much of personal questions which is irritating and don't properly address to talk. This is our first bad experience. Please tell them not to irritate or upset us when they come to our home. In the beginning we used to welcome them warmly but that person's behaviour is little irritating. I do not want to reveal who the person is, I like to make it clear that there is only one irritating person.

They've improved over the years... Immediate online tracking and notifications, reasonable rates compared to pvt carriers...

Had a bad experience at Thycaud Post office on the first day of 2024 Very Poor service as far as Aadhar related activities are concerned - Enrollment/Updation etc . They do it only during weekdays. So for kids we can find a slot only during school holidays (which are not holidays for post office) Went to the post office at 8 am to take the token and as per their timing visited at 10.30 for Updation. Staff were least interested. At 10.35am they were telling the process starts at 10.30am. Such was the casual attitude of the staff. Waited till 11.15 along with others. Was number 1 in the turn. They were telling Net issues. And then they were complaining about the previous holidays. A comment from the in charge was like cilppoo vruN cilppoo vraatirikkuN. (May or May not come) So had to drop the plan finally. Same thing happened during the enrollment of my other kid as well one year back at the same Post office. Front office staff are doing their job well. Issue is for Aadhar related cases. Visited here considering the proximity w.r.t the residence. Almost the same thing happened today. People (including myself) waited and waited but didn't work out. Expecting a bit more professionalism from them. Visited the CSC centre near General Hospital junction and updation was completed in 15 mins! And very polite behaviour from the staff there.

The post office has sufficient space for two wheeler parking. When I went to collecty daughters passport, the staff behaved politely. The postman was waiting for me to give my passport as I couldn't collect from my home.

A government office dealing with parcel service. It is the nodal office of parcel delivery service and having the postal bank branch also

A good change in attitude of employees towards Customers..., Post Office started accepting KWA, Asianet, Private Mobile Providers Post Paid bills, some Financial Institutions Auto and Home Loan EMIs etc., Service not fast but definitely a change from how it happened in past. Systems were slow and needs more development.

A total useless post office...I gave change of addr to redirect post to new home addr. But postman will again goes to old addr and returning the letter back to the sender with reason that tenant is not on the concerned addr. i lost my Pan card due to this....
