I have been sending couriers from this post office since 2020 and never had any troubles. Today a new guy has taken over the speed post counter who is insisting on tearing open the customers courier bags. The problem with that is the branded covers once torn and then taped together looks shabby and doesn't look professional at all. This is very disappointing because if i have to tear my package and show this guy that its clothes inside then i have to go back home and do packaging again to make it look neat. The amount of trouble you need to get through to send a courier is too much.

I wanted to give a no star for this as both the people who made me and my daughter run to get our Aadhar updated. After three visits they told us to go to Kollam for God knows what. Such a sad attitude. I got this done within 30 min at the Sasthamangalam Post office. What I would say is train your staff and make them professional to make life easy for the public rather than sit there and figure out ways to make life miserable for people. Do your job!

No wonder such elite departments are loosing its charm!!!! None of the postman wants to get posts delivered at locations.... They are happy to mention "door closed" and expect customers to collect it at their time and will!!

Such a useless set up. Their telephone is not working. When a speed post material arrives they keep in stacks until they feel free. Teach them what is SPEED POST. When the customer pays heavily result also we expect.

There's this staff personnel (deals with Speed Post)at Kowdiar PO who is crass,callous and absolutely insensitive to a customer's plight. He could go to any length to make the going as difficult as possible for you. Please Avoid dealing with this person - if you have a choice.
But in the very same office is the Post Master Mr.Rudran who is very helpful and very empathetic. God bless him!
Am told the women staff personnel in this office are also very cordial .
