had a very disappointing experience at this hotel in Indore. I made my payment through WhatsApp QR, and due to a technical glitch, the amount was deducted twice. The owner acknowledged the issue at that time but later completely stopped responding to my calls and messages. Despite multiple follow-ups, the extra amount has not been returned, which is extremely unprofessional and unethical. Mistakes can happen with digital payments, but ignoring a genuine customer and keeping their money is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to be very careful while making online payments here. Trust and customer service matter, and unfortunately this place failed badly on both.

This is the worst experience I had with any hotel rooms. I wish I could have an option to give minus points, I would have given that. First of all when we booked it online, the owner got irritated and he said he wouldn't allow the child inside. He told only if you give 500 extra the child can stay. We had to pay that as we had no option in the midnight. We has done full payment which was not refundable. Second thing when we asked them for water. They told they don't have water. Like seriously. Any hotel rooms would atleast provide water. The staff and the manager were extremely rude. We had to go and get the water from out in the night. Then comes the room. They were okay not so good as shown in the images. Oh yes also the images were AI generated. The window in the washroom was open without glass panels. No buckets and mug too. They also allowed smoking in the rooms. So now the person in the other room kept smoking, we got that smell all over our room. When complained to the staff, they said they can't do anything and just sprayed room freshener in our room and went. I don't understand why do they run a hotel if they can't maintain. People come there for a pleasant experience but it turns into a worst one. I request you to never book this hotel.
