Very disappointing experience at the Passport Token Counter. The staff showed unprofessional behaviour and did not properly assist or guide about the required documents after name change. Due to their miscommunication, I and my school-going son wasted a lot of time and energy. They should clearly display the list of required documents for different categories and allow digital documents in this digital era, so that the process becomes smooth and convenient for applicants.

Well managed office and polite staff(if you are polite and understanding obviously). You have to carry all proper documents along with original documents. One needs to carry verified aadhar copy (color printout and photocopy both) which can be attained from any MPOnline shop. This is the only issue which i faced while my application processing, as it is not mentioned anywhere on the portal for verified copy. Went for Reissue of the passport and wanted to add my wife's name in the passport. Below are the documents which were submitted by me: 1. Verified aadhar card. 2. Pan card (via digilocker) 3. Driving licences ( both original and copy) 4. Old passport (both original and copy) 5. Wife's aadhar card (only copy) 6. Marriage certificate (only copy) 7. Tatkal undertaking form which you can get from PSK only. Apart from initial document checks which was having waiting time of 15-20 mins due to long queue, rest process was smooth. Neat and clean office. Good staff.

I recently visited the Passport Seva Kendra for my passport work, and my experience was very disappointing. One of the employees behaved in a rude and highly unprofessional manner. Instead of guiding properly, they spoke harshly and showed no willingness to help. Government offices are meant to assist citizens, but such behavior creates unnecessary stress and discomfort. Basic courtesy and respectful communication are expected, especially in public service roles. I hope the authorities take this matter seriously and ensure better training and monitoring of staff behavior so that others do not face the same issue.

There is no proper waiting area for applicants, which makes the process extremely uncomfortable, especially for families, senior citizens, and children. Despite having a time-based appointment system, there is absolutely no punctuality--people are made to wait for long hours with no clarity or communication. The whole purpose of scheduling appointments is defeated. Authorities should seriously work on basic facilities and time management to improve public experience.
