Points to be noted 1 Keep the appointment sms details handy. 2 Reach on time. 3 your name & your father name exactly word to word letter to letter match on your 10th marksheet & aadhar card. 4 Take full aadhar card which is verified ( Orginal) 5 Two photocopy of aadhar card & 10th marksheet is required. 6 You have to go to 3 cabins A,B, & AP01 to get your passport formalities completed. 7 After completing you will receive a sms File No. ****************** is granted.

Overall a good experience. There was no big signboard which is visible cleary from the road, so took some time to figure out the exact location. Parking might be the issue when there is too much rush as had to park on footpath. The interaction at token counter I had was okay, seems the person was not so happy on seeing more people coming while it was almost empty room. Got through the counter-A1 within 15min as there was not much rush, but had to wait on counter-B2 for more than 20min despite there was no one waiting on my assigned counter, the person was busy with some plumbing bill related issues, looks like he was the replacement for someone else but not sure, while on counter B1 they served around 6 people while I was waiting for my token to be processed futher. Then I got moved to APO1 counter, got processed quickly as no one else was in the queue, the person was polite and supportive, it was a good experience as after a long time I had a good interaction with someone from the government office. ;)

Friendly and informative staff. Neat and clean office. Whole process was so simple and smooth, except token collection, They definitely need to change their way of Queueing people for token as it was so confusing and those who got their tokens have to cross between the Queue.

Though we have heard that the process has become very efficient n it takes just 30-40 mins, for us it took over 2.50 hours. May b just a hectic day at your end or our expectation levels were high. Nonetheless, all the guidance and help required was readily available.Be it from the security personnel or the highest office, dealing was very smooth and friendly. Kudos to our Passport Office

Very systematic. Humble and cooperative staff. Very fast processing. Those accompanying applicants have to wait outside and there is no sitting area for them. The main token allotment area should be bigger to accommodate all incoming applicants and chairs should be increased. Senior citizens can us LIFT (which is not visible at ground floor lobby) which right below the PSLK office floor. Timing : 9 am to 4.30 pm Duration - Generally 45 minutes for each applicantion. Complicated applicantions - more than 45 minutes.
