The Vivanta Meghalaya Shillong was an excellent choice for the Shillong legs, offering comfort and elegance, while the Ka Bri War Resort and Polo Resort Dew Drop in Cherrapunji gave us a beautiful, immersive experience amidst the misty Meghalayan landscape. The chauffeur experience was a cut above. Our driver was experienced, patient, and professional throughout the 8-day road journey that covered everything from the Kaziranga jungle trails to the winding mountain roads of Cherrapunji and Dawki. Long drives never felt tiring -- the comfort of Ertiga, combined with a driver who genuinely cared about our experience, made every kilometre a pleasure. The itinerary was perfectly balanced -- we got to tick off bucket-list experiences like the jeep safari at Kaziranga, boating on the crystal-clear Umngot River at Dawki, the living root bridge, the mystical Garden of Caves, the breathtaking Nohkalikai Falls, the stunning Krangshuri Waterfalls, and the serene early morning magic of Nongjrong -- all without ever feeling rushed. I had an extremely disappointing experience using Fly for my Schengen visa process, and I feel it's important to share this for anyone considering their services. There was a complete lack of professionalism and ownership over the application. Every interaction felt like they were hearing the details for the first time. I received no meaningful assistance with drafting letters or preparing the application, I ended up doing everything myself except appointment booking and basic form filling, which frankly does not justify using an agent. More concerning was their lack of up-to-date knowledge and guidance. They advised booking dummy tickets (which can actually increase rejection risk), seemed unaware of current VFS processes, and asked me to carry several documents that were ultimately unnecessary. There was also zero follow-up after my appointment. Communication and support were virtually nonexistent until their fees were paid , and even after payment, the service remained careless and unprofessional. If you value your visa application and want competent guidance, I would strongly recommend reconsidering before opting for their services.
