I had booked appointment for the work visa and the service they provided was extremely horrible. They misguided me for the documents. They told me to directly go to delhi they will give visa appointment the very next day. They all wrong information and they didn't take the biometric. So don't depend on them, make sure you have all the information before you visit. Extremely disappointed with the service.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from VFS Global. When I tried to book an appointment for myself and my 7-month-old son, the staff approached me to pay extra charges for lounge booking to avoid separate appointments. I declined their offer, and to my surprise, they issued different tokens for us, forcing us to wait longer for our turn. This experience was frustrating. The staff's behavior seemed intentional, and it added to overall stress. Considering the reviews I've seen online, it appears many others have had similar experiences with VFS Global, citing issues with customer service, visa applications, and extra fees 1. If you're planning to use VFS Global's services, be prepared for potential delays and extra charges. Transparency and efficiency would go a long way in improving the experience for applicants like me.

Lounge charges 2500 n they give u Rs 5 lays wafers and a 2nd hand coffee maker who's water hasn't been changed for 7 days You cannot change appointment date or schedule or reschedule one.... whats the use of giving 2150 if you cannot give basic service There is Saturday service but we were refused to submit our application on Saturday No xerox or print out facility as alleged in website....you have to go to other agency on ground floor for xerox n photos No laptop allowed....when will we be informed about this....sorry they want 200 charges for their locker Full mud parking chargeable at 100 per hour No que management

10 mins walkable distance from Mahalaxmi Railway station & close to Famous studio. Parking is available for both Two wheeler & four wheeler. Parking rates are 60 for two wheeler & 180 for four wheeler. Bags are not allowed in visa building so you have to take locker which will cost you around 200 for 2 hrs. Mobile phone is allowed.

Went there for Greece Visa for self and spouse. Was not crowded but we still opted for Lounge, when suggested by staff. Process was instantaneous and smooth. Staff reviewed our papers and captured biometrics in 15 minutes. We left GVC in less than 30 minutes. Got our Visa and Passport in 10 working days. Just ensure that all your docs are as per the checklist on their website and attested/ stamped by relevant authorities.

Excellent service. Came here to apply for a schengen visa from Greece and had no problems. The visa officer was very knowledgeable and received the visa within 6 working days.

The longest I have ever waited for the application. I didn't opt for the lounge. My token number was 22 and 18 was going on when i came in. I came in at 11:16 for my 11:20am appointment and my documents were only reviewed at 12:18am. Biometrics was not done until 01:00pm. Hugely understaffed and very slow process. Also if you have one small thing missing, like I was missing a copy of my old passport, they'll ask you to get that and won't assist you. But the good thing is you can go down on ground floor and get a copy done. Also they will give you sufficient amount of time to bring in minor documents so you can have it processed right on the spot. I'd recommend you check and recheck multiple times before you come here. Get all the relevant stamps and signs beforehand on the documents so there's no surprises. All you can do is review their checklist on the website and you'll know what exactly you need. Also they accept only Cash and UPI and no cards so be prepared for that. All in All, poor service.

visited in Kolkata center on 2nd May,2025...today (12th May)I received my VISA...at home...a very smooth visa process...nice GVCW Staff.....really very cooperative.. they helped us for 3 hours....this is my second schengen from Greece and third overall....and 4th inEurope...so travel history may help in quick process...but GVCW is commendable in Kolkata..keep it up....a really Greece is very quick and good ....I found in both of my instances...they give within 10 days...provided you give a proper documentation
