Pros: Decent staff at the aadhar desk. Took my 1 year old child for Aadhar enrollment and although the biometric took multiple attempts, the staff was patient and courteous. Cons: Long wait times. Prepare to stand in line at 7 am outside the compound only to be considered for the 11 am time slot. Very poor infrastructure at the post office. Leaky walls, insufficient sitting space and lack of adequate facilities for senior citizens or infants.

Worst adhaar service i have ever experienced, they make as wait for 5-6 hours for adhaar updation with no proper facility. Only one employee is working for 70-80 customers, even though they have 2 machines. Please dont come here, they dont respect your valuable time.

Please book appointment prior on UIDAI website for any AADHAR related work. No need to stand in queue for token, just walk through at the start of your time slot.

No sitting arrangement for people, people stands in long queue , waiting time per person approx 3-4 hours, single person for aadhar card updation, many times system failure, network issue... Need to pay attention for water, sitting and staff management...

The most horrible post office as in employees. The lady healthy on first counter today wore a purple top , did not ask her name made me wait 20 min on the counter where I was standing with the slip and she cleared 6 to 7 payments, or she could have done this distributing evenly after every customer as she normally does as observed.They favour the agents where a agent gets one customer they clear 3 to 4 slips or payments. Bhandup looks like a gareeb suburb to them so they really don't care if they are questioned she asked me to come in the afternoon again, as if I have the time for visiting the place leaving my job and taking half days.There is no proper management.You need to ask 3 4 times then they will answer. The employees are as if majboori mei doing their duties not helping citizens if questioned. Adhaar card also is another scam they charged me for adding a phone no. Which was free of cost, when I asked to change pic they charged me for it and never changed the pic. I would suggest to go to kendriya vidyalaya post office I think inside navy nagar rather. The government needs to strictly see their employees whether they are in good mental state to do their prescribed duties purposely causing discomfort and long waiting time to specific customers when they are asked questions. My question was how do you calculate interest for scss which individually calculated month wise was separate and yearly was separate. The lady lacks patience. As per Bhandup population should keep competitive and better employees and post office. The lady today lacks patience and skill to handle huge crowds frustrating other clients at the office.Had I asked any senior citizen they would be frustrated to stand for so long. This is an appeal to Bhandup post master head and government to have better employees.

My 2-year-old daughter and I waited for over three hours to get her new Aadhaar card created. However, they insisted that I update my Aadhaar card-- including my biometrics and photo--so they could charge a fee for the update. Since new Aadhaar card enrollments are free, they were trying to earn money through unnecessary updates. Updating Aadhaar after 10 years is not mandatory, yet they were forcing me to do so.

Went in for updating my Aadhar document and the process was smooth however improvements could be brought to reduce time people need to spend for form collection and submission. People start lining up at 6am only to receive forms at 8:30am. They then need to come back from 10am to submit forms thus spending half a day for a 10min activity. The post office staff could also put up a banner explaining this process so people do not end up engaging with the staff deployed for Aadhar card registration thus diverting their attention and prolonging thr waiting times for form submission.
