INTERNATIONAL VISA SERVICES

Very poor experience. Sohel was rude, didn't listen, and kept interrupting instead of understanding my queries. They failed to explain anything properly during enquiry. This behavior makes me uncomfortable trusting them with my visa process

I originally didn't write anything because I thought that he would have some decency but I guess not. He has a totally relaxed attitude towards the entire process. Firstly forgot to work on the entire application and admitted to forgetting and delaying the process by 10 days. Then after I put together all of the documents he didn't bother opening the folder or viewing anything. Had the audacity to ask me to fill in the application the night before and submitted the wrong information In the application even though everything was provided to him well in advance. He sent me the application after 8 pm the night before the visa and didn't bother checking any documentation. Sohel, if you bothered scheduling it on time, viewing the documentation, or submitting the correct information the visa most likely would have been granted. Because guess what, I reapplied properly and got the visa. Don't use his services he has no shame, he's unprofessional and has the most lax attitude. You won't get your visa nor will he bother responding . Had to get other people to call him in order for him to even do some work that too nothing important that took less than 1 minute.

Extremely laid back and casual approach. Called them yesterday and even visited their office. No response or even a call back yet. A little surprised to see such a high rating when basic communication is lacking. The person sitting at their office could barely understand any visa related stuff. If this is how an agency operates, please think twice on reliability factor !!!

I have had an amazing experience with the agency. Sohel has helped a lot and he was always available whenever I needed some help with my visa application. Then I had an issue with my travel insurance, which he helped me with. Best regards
