The visa processing centre at Nariman Point was extremely efficient in processing my visa application. The appointment I was given was very convenient and the document submission was so swift. A very pleasant experience overall. A special mention for Mr.Sagar who was very prompt in responding to all queries and guiding me through the process. Thank you so much sir.

Smooth and easy. Mail/speak with them prior to visiting. Appointments are a must. Quick and efficient. Have visited 4 times so far. Prepare a checklist so that one doesn't miss out on important papers requested to avoid multiple trips. Will visit again if required.

Staff is very friendly and polite. They guided me every step of the way, and even waited beyond office hours just so i could come and get my passport and visa. Otherwise, i would have missed my trip to Israel. A big thank you to all of them. I wanted to give the office boy a tip, but he just smiled and refused. Well done, guys. They are the most helpful and genuine people. I was super late in bringing my documents for my A2 Visa, but they guided me through everything and made sure everything was perfect. I thank them from the bottom of my heart.

It is a small office on 2nd Floor of the building. The location on Google Maps, is accurate. Ensure you have all documents as per the site, else they will ask you to revisit. Specific timings, so do plan accordingly. An appointment via Email, is compulsory before you reach there. Mr. Sagar was helpful in guiding and handing over the passports, for us. No hidden Fees or charges.
