ITseazy Is a Complete Scam - Dishonest, Incompetent, and Exploitative My experience with ITseazy has been one of the worst service experiences of my life. Caution for an agent called Ms Tina who gives false information and What they advertise as an "easy" process is actually a slow, dishonest, and exploitative trap designed to extract money from customers while delivering misery in return. I approached ITseazy for a duplicate Registration Certificate (RC) for my 4-wheeler. They confidently quoted 4,000, took the entire amount upfront, and promised completion within 30 days. That promise turned out to be an outright lie. Instead of 30 days, the process dragged on for 90+ days. The reason? They lost my documents. Not once, but completely--forcing me to resubmit paperwork and restart the entire process. This level of negligence is shocking for a company claiming to handle official government documentation. There was zero ownership of their mistake, no apology, and no urgency--just endless follow-ups from my side. After three months of frustration, delays, and mental harassment, when the RC was finally issued by the RTO, ITseazy stooped even lower. They demanded additional money to dispatch the RC to my address, holding my document hostage unless I paid more. This was never transparently communicated upfront. Taking full payment in advance and then asking for more money at the final stage is nothing short of extortionary behavior. This company thrives on false timelines, poor accountability, lost paperwork, and last-minute money demands, knowing that customers are helpless once their documents are stuck in the system. It feels like a deliberate strategy rather than an accident. ITseazy wasted three months of my time, caused immense stress, and showed complete contempt for customer trust. I am initiating legal action through the consumer court and will ensure my experience is publicly documented on every review platform possible so others are not fooled by their marketing. If you are considering ITseazy, understand this clearly: They take your money first, delay endlessly, lose documents, and then ask for more money. Avoid this company at all costs unless you enjoy being ignored, misled, and financially squeezed. Rating: 1/5 -- ITseazy deserves public scrutiny, not customers.

Very unprofessional service. Had applied for hypothecation removal and NOC from Haryana state while being in Delhi. Applied in June 2025, finally they finished everything in February 2026. 8 months, endless calls and complaints. And it all happened due to a mistake from Iteazy side where they gave wrong name in NOC. And to change that they charged 1500 extra. On too of the 5500. Cordinator was Neelam. After one point she told to talk to another guy named Umesh. Please don't use this company. Go for a better legitimate service.

They are really professional and the best part is the tracking is visible on their website as well in every step. Neelam has been very kind and super helpful all throughout. I accidently gave my other bike's RC book by mistake they took care of it and ensures it gets returned to me. Very happy with the services as the pricing is also much lower than Agents. Kudos to the team

Process has been already smooth in Online which I realised after paying advance. Still they are taking more than a month to get it done. Initially the agent strongly doubted my original RC. After back and forth discussion then he proceeded. Even the service is not great like response to query is late, sometimes they don't have exact status.

Used Itzeazy for RC transfer in Bengaluru. The process was smooth and well managed. Tina handled the requirement professionally, kept communication clear, and stuck to the committed timeline. Hassle-free experience. Slightly premium pricing, but worth it for the convenience. Would recommend.

As the name suggests,Itzeasy and i must say it was really easy. I have used their service for duplicate RC and it was effortless. They keep you updated on every steps and ensure that you do not have to waste much time runninig around RTO office. I definetly reccomend their services.

Pathetic service, rude staff. Relationship manager named Tina was extremely rude and inefficient. I had to send them a legal notice to get my work done. Consider them only if you have too much time and patience because they will test it for sure. There will be no communication on development and you will have to keep poking them for the work completion. In my case Karnataka RTO staff were far more efficient and quick than these guys so you can imagine. I won't recommend using their services

Great and Very Realible Service. I contacted ItsEazy for RC ownership transfer and they made the process very smooth and easy. I would like to Thank Tina for her support during the entire process. She was always available to clarify my doubts, she has made the whole process very smooth and transparent for me. Thanks alot Tina for helping me with the Ownership transfer for my Activa.
