I wanted to update my new phone number to my aadhar card.He said I have to provide Aadhar number and phone number and once I get the OTP from Aadhar centre my work will be done. I should then pay him. I agreed. I got the OTP but my new phone number didn't get linked.He said ir takes 2 to 3 days to get the PVC card.I checked on uidai website and it still doesn't recognize my new number. This man is trying to bully me to pay him . He is shouting at me and has demanded me to see him tomorrow at his centre in Borivali . This agency is weird.He makes unnecessary comments and is not at all professional. He keeps insisting that I need to pay because I had agreed to pay when OTP arrives He is conveniently leaving the part where he committed that receiving the OTP meant the new number is linked which hasn't really happened

Worst person ever Prakash is. Biggest Fraud, Cheater who takes money in advance and does not respond at all later. Looting innocent people their hard earned money. Beware guys, do not pay him a penny. Scary to see such people so conveniently not being affected after cheating people. I will lodge a police complaint and take the legal route so that he doesn't con other people in future. Anyone who has been through this, we should connect and teach this man a lesson!

He is a fraud.. Both Amita and Mr Prakash Barot are a couple of fraudsters! He looked like an aged person, spoke well hence trusted. He got 2 passports done for us after various follow-ups and various months hence trusted him.. however both their numbers are switched off now! I'm stuck with 2 passports! If anyone knows his number or so, please help

Pros - *Before payment* - He will ans your all calls & gives you 200% commitments and insists to pay from app the only he can start work immediately. Cons- * After payment* - False commitment - Once you paid money, he will never ans your call even you got his call busy many times in a day (if you are lucky then may be he will ans your call once after 50-60 calls) - Once you paid money he will start to give you arrogance reply on call. - He working for us but as per his availability and time once you paid Money. - Less coordination between him & office staff. Note- Dnt waste your valuable time & money with krunal agency (Prakash Barot). You can get same service with cheap cost from any other agent.

They are not at all professional.....they charge 400 rs. For aadhaar card update and extra 50 rps at the center Suggest you guys visit directly at the center and update your aadhar card in 50rps,rather then paying 400/- Harsh words used by owner,push the clients in front of the center. If want to experience,you can,BUT "BE SAFE"

Pathetic .will take money and will not do the job. Does not do the job properly , lacks information and misguides and then will ask for double money and still not do it properly . I was stuck with him , readers please be aware before going to him. Owner is mentally unstable . Even the lady who sits with him laughs at him.

This man is a bluffmaster and a fraud person. He took 13000/- from us for passport work and did nothing. He made us fool till the end by saying he is doing our work but failed completely in doing so. I will file a police complaint against him.

A Very very big shame on Ms. Sejal and his boss... I wanted to link mobile no. Of my Mom and I immediately paid them Rs.2000 via google and they said it will be done on the spot, but now it's almost 2 weeks I m continuously following this all idiots but they everytime speak lie... Request all other people to stop visiting this Cheat People...
