Mumbai Foreign Post Office

I faced an issue with an international parcel that was not delivered to me, and upon checking the tracking details, I realised it had already left my city and was on its way to be returned out of the country. Staff members like Mr. Ajit Maske reflect their professionalism, dedication, and customer-first approach. A big, big thank you to Mr. Maske for his outstanding support and for going above and beyond to help. I am genuinely grateful.

We found this post office to be very helpful for sending a parcel to the uk. There were a few misunderstandings that were dealt with and rectified. We were especially helped by a lovely lady called Neha who took excellent care of us and made sure our parcel was processed in the correct manner

Excellent service. Humble, quick, responsible. From the security guard upwards, all knew the procedure & gave correct guidance. A staff boy by the name Sumit Dugade was very helpful, proactively. The entire visit & experience was very professional. Success to the team

My article stuck in custom department since 19 days I'm too much irritated to contact everyone in department and i almost tried to contact by mail by call but not get any response but i didn't stop trying I contacted to someone who give me Mr Ajit Mhaske contact details who help me in my entire case in here where I never contact by me from whatever I do but he genuinely help me every day and i really appreciate Mhaske sir works it's really helpful for me sir I'm really happy for you sir thank you so much

This is how I received my parcel. The parcel cost was 3k but the custom duty was 6k I still managed to pay the duty tax and bought my parcel. and when I opened there was nothing in it. These people hit sooo hard on our hard earned money. Pleaseeeeeeeeee never ever send any international parcel from indian post office neverrrrrr dooo pleaseeeeeeeeee

The worst place to ever parcel, they open my parcel and even ate my eatable stuffs. Is this professional???? High time for the higher ups to take it seriously I will never parcel things again my lesson learn better send through private sectors which will assure us more than this.... I wish I could do something about it but they don't even respond to any call nor mail...really unprofessional I don't appreciate at alllllll!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a waste. I wish I could give 0 review

Not a serious post office. It took 18 days for customs to clear my mail that had 4 papers in it. When I contacted customer service after 14 days of my mail being stuck there I was told to wait 'reasonable' amount of time and I'm wasting their time by contacting them. A joke of an agency.
