Worst experience with Nationwide. I registered for my brother who is already in Canada. He was there on study Visa and wanted to apply for PR. I suggested him to reach out to Nationwide for the same (biggest mistake). My brother had already received an 'Invitation to Apply' through OINP stream which is Ontario PNP stream. First of all, they never knew that the application submission time period is only 14 days after receiving the ITA. The counsellor Geetanjali and salesperson Aman told us that the time period was 45 days. Thanks to my own research, I urged them to complete the application within 14 days. Once we had the documentation, it was Geetanjali's job to verify each and every documents properly before submission. Being an expert, she should have known if a document was outdated. However, we proceeded with the submission and received a rejection. Reason? An outdated employer form was submitted, and the application was deemed incomplete by the immigration officers. After this, my brother's valid foreign work experience was declared invalid by her. Due to which my brother had to waste more than 1.5 years while he was in contract with them. On confronting their mistake and asking for a refund Aman and Geetanjali tried to put the blame back on my brother's negligence, when he paid the money to rectify all his mistakes. Now with the same work experience that they denied, he is able to apply for his PR and thanks to the amazing agencies in Canada, that helped them to achieve his goals. There was no efforts made from the agency to find different pathways and suggest best possible ways to find the positives in my brother's profile and find him an appropriate channel to permanent residency. All in all, these people are just money mongers, they will be behind you till you pay them and then you will have to run behind them for updates..

I am a live example of getting disappointed with the promises made by the team. Although there would have been many cases of success, it has been a very painful journey for me. If all the 5***** reviews are too good to be true..."service is excellent", "best consultants" etc etc, then why I faced neglected response after I signed up? I signed up with them in Mumbai office. My case was put up for Canada, although it was not very strong, i was promised and motivated by the team it will get through in 3/4 months as there is a lot of demand for marketing professional. I paid the fees and they made the file in. But unfortunately, there has been no progress in PR invitation. Now my issue is with service. While signing up, there was regular follow-up, but after signing up, I only received automated system generated regular emails about the recent happenings of PR situation in Canada. There was no call, no effort from the team how to make some possible changes or anything and how to improve my chances for getting my case better. I guess they are too busy with sales and forget the existing customers. Suddenly after a year, I get a call from nationwide saying your 1 year has passed and you need to pay again fees to keep your file active! Now after facing disappointment for a year, how do you expect me to renew? They understood my concern and gave me a grace period of 3 months to keep file active. But no response after total 15 months also. The issue is the 100% success mission motto Which they proudly display on their website. I didn't get any personalized service after my case was put in. Efforts should have been made to make my profile stronger. It was promised to me before signup that "we keep regular track of the case shortfalls, and help you improve every now and then, we will assist with some possible changes that will help you upgrade the profile and improve the chances of invitation". Now I am saying no calls came in for improvements. What I expect: Sales people in Nationwide, Be very transparent when you analyse a case, don't really show dreams or motivate a case when you know deep down this won't get through (Although I know my suggestion won't make any changes in your way of working) At the end of the day, it's business... that's the harsh reality. But guys be careful, don't get too motivated, take feedback from 3/4 different consultants before shortlisting your consultant and starting your PR case.

Before even you apply check what for they are charging and that too SO MUCH!!! once you pay you are done... they work with their own way and nothing in your hands...job is not guarantee. It is just processing of your visa, so think before you even start..

I want to give a huge Shoutout to Harpreet Kaur. She was the assigned case manager and did a fantastic job in making sure nothing gets missed out on the application. Would highly recommend her to be your case manager.
