Worst service ever, this guy rejected my re-issue request before even listening why exactly I was doing the same.

A great person -- knowledgeable about all types of applicants. He clearly explained which documents I needed to gather and even helped me secure the earliest possible appointment date. Within a month, I applied, got an appointment at the PSK, received my passport two days after the visit, completed police verification, and flew out of the country.

" Am writing this review from KSA , the reason to mention that is inspite of being abroad , Parag bhau helped us to get my mother in law ( who was @ Mumbai ) passport in record time. I connected with him over phone ( on 10th July ) after a month of agony ( my MIL passport application had got stuck & things were going nowhere ) . He was very patient & listened to our case & concluded that he shall get the passport in a weeks time . He applied for " tatkal " passport appointment on the 18th July & lo & behold , we received the passport on the 19th ( am writing this review the moment we received the passport ) :) He's very knowledgeable & resourceful. He's always available on phone / watsapp & if he doesn't reply , jst wait for sometime ( he not be busy ) & he shall revert to you ( rest assured ). He shall keep you posted on every stage of your passport application ( from granted / to printing / to dispatch / to delivery ) & u need not worry about the same . If you need your passport urgently, this is the guy you go to. He is very resourceful and will guide you through the entire process and will expedite things. My passport came the very next day and police verification done on the day after. Although mine was a re issue case but still it was urgent for me as i was going to travel soon. His fees are worth the struggle and length he goes through to ensure you have every document with you and you receive your passport in time. So 100% recommend to anyone who has urgent passport requirements.

It's a great service. After multiple other people had given up and I was looking at a timeline of another 1-2 months, Mr Parag got it cleared within 24 hours. His service justifies his fees.
