Disappointed by sion branch... My article was not delivered and they marked it as delivered.. My article was prepaid even though they are asking for some amount.. They have changed my order number too.. So disappointed

Two counters (4&5) available for Speed Post, but at any given time only one is functional. All safety protocols and social distancing norms are being conveniently flouted. Infact being a government office, was expecting stringent adherence of rules, but nope ! The clerks are all pretty much self occupied, slow, and lethargic. Sending a small letter via speed post took me 1.5 hrs increasing my exposure ?! which could have been easily avoided if there would have 2 counters functional and quicker work ! Avoid going to this PO if u find another one in your vicinty. P.S: one good thing..accessibilty to nearby xerox centres.

My experience with Indian Post Office, Sion branch had been mostly tiresome and I further have struggled with UIDAI to get my adhaar address updated hassle-free over the years. Hence, getting my latest address updated on Aadhaar via Indian Post was already anxiety inducing for me now. However, this time it's was Mr. Sahil who were at the window who had guided me one day with the process and a couple days later when I reached for the process, not sure of my experience again with it all, I was really assisted by him so well. He was clearly tired as it was close to the end of his shift and has an Angry Young Man's look which had been standard throughout and on both the days I was at this place. Sensing the crowd n closure time of the window, I had thought he would ask me to come tomorrow but he instead asked me to wait, assisted with my application post his end time and was quite & professional. I asked for his name as I was compelled to write this review because of this smooth experience I had with my application because of him in the view of all the past ones especially. I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service provided at the Aadhar Centre located at: 2VV7+MFQ, Way to Indira Market, Sion West, Sion, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400022 On 14/01/2025, I visited the centre to enrol my son for a new Aadhar card. However, upon arrival, I was informed that: 1. I needed to visit the centre before 8 am to collect the enrollment form. 2. The centre only provides services until 11 am. 3. Only 40 forms are available per day, which is insufficient to meet the demand. This restrictive timing and limited form availability cause undue hardship for citizens like myself who have other commitments and responsibilities. Furthermore, I was told that if I were to visit a private agency for Aadhar enrolment, they would charge Rs. 300 for the same service. This is unfair, as citizens should not be forced to pay extra for a service that should be readily available at government-run centres. I request that you take immediate action to address the following issues: 1. Improve the centre's operating hours to accommodate citizens who cannot visit during the restrictive morning hours. 2. Increase the availability of enrollment forms to meet the demand. 3. Ensure that enrolment forms are readily available and can be submitted at any time during the centre's operating hours. 4. Provide adequate staffing and resources to manage the volume of applicants efficiently. I would appreciate a response regarding the actions taken to address my concerns. One of my parcel has arrived at the post office but they are not delivering it, instead they are calling me to the post office to collect it. First they said that there was no one at your home when postman came to deliver it. When I told them that everyone is at home but the delivery did not come, then they said that your call was not being received hence they did not come to deliver it. If you can come, then come to the post office and collect your parcel otherwise the delivery will be done tomorrow. No call had come from them before that for delivery. When we had to go and collect the parcel, why would we have put the option of home delivery?

In the post office Near by Sion railway station and opposite of Indra market and behind the Sion bus depo It is adhar seva kendr adhar's all work is done here adhar biometric and demography is available you will pay as per goverment required for demography RS 50 & Biometric RS 100 Only for adhar Here some problem like you will come early morning before 8 am then you will get adhar form other wise you will come next day

I came here to update my aadhar card at 12 pm and the officer is saying to come tomorrow at 8 am. Man what is this ? I came here and they close at 5:30pm and they say to come tomorrow, I think government officers nowadays think themselves as Great. Please don't come here at 12 pm or after 12pm this government officers are very lazy. They don't think about people's work.

They don't deliver your article and mark them as delivered. Very poor service
