Very casual in their approach. Had gone to them for reapplication of a visa that got rejected due to documentation issues. The person handling our case was such a novice that they missed the proper list of documents that we needed to carry, inspite of us sharing all the documents possible. The final list or the zip file they shared back did not contain critical documents like the sponsors residence papers (which were given to them along with other documents to check and confirm), sponsorship letter was not asked for - the visa got rejected again for the want of sponsorship letter and residence documents of the sponsor. We come to so called specialists like this so that we are advised well and not dealt with so casually. Terrible experience! Otherwise they are very polite - so if that helps anyone. Hope this is a one off experience and others don't suffer like we did. Visa application was handled by Sachin Sawant
