RTO office Wadala B2

The process is ok, but the parking lot is congested and inconvenient. Shocked to see no ramp. Steps difficult. No wheelchair friendly. No wheelchair available. Needs a lot of improvement.

As usual government office works, but unlike previous experiences, staff are polite and responsive. Most importantly they are informative. Walkin straight to 3rd floor for all licence related works and 2nd floor for all vehicle related works. And incase require Doctor certificate go on first floor RTO panel doctor and Room 103 ( for docs printout at nominal charges)

Worst team sits there they even don't know what is going on with customer documents. They just blindly says we did not got it yet 1 says different other says different thing, I even don't know how they are seating there with no knowledge of any thing. Just for 1 rc they have taken 3-4 hours still not given they are still checking I don't know what they are checking. Worst service ever, for government work government should keep educated people for customers not any one blindly.

It was much better than the last experience, although hygiene remains an issue. The work was done smoothly, and all the staff were good. However, there was an extra 45-minute wait, even though it wasn't necessary if the staff arrived on time.

Very bad setup, with no value for customers. I am waiting here for past hour and 1/2 for a LL clarification for my daughter. A token is given by there is no sequence, it is a complete lobby of agents here.

Really bad experience. The office members are itself late. They do not value the people's time. I reached the office 15 min prior my time and was made to wait for next 2.5 hours. In the end was informed that the officer will come but they do not know at what time he will come.

No value for time, all staff come after 11 pm, Still all door lock. And if you done licence formalities without agent, you don't get lo licence, your form will be missplace, I am pass the driving licence test, the officer was sonal Deshmukh, she did not gave my paper to respected department, how irresponsible she was? If you take help of agents and give money to them those people don't need to go to rto and don't take learner licence test and driving test,, all manage by money, is this curreption? People get licence without giving driving test, this will result in accident. Who is responsible for this? Stop this for money. Please Be profesional, Stop curreption.

Visited for International Driving License in April 2022. Need to complete all on line formalities. Then take prints of all documents mentioned. The system does not say what to do after all processes are completed. This is when you visit the RTO. Appointment for IDL is not required. Need to carry your passport with visa and two photos. There is an elevator to take you to the third floor. After the documents are accepted you will be called to pickup your IDL the next day. There is no home delivery system. Quite efficiently done and staff are co-operative. Printing through email and WhatsApp available on ground floor.
