The Andheri Mahakali branch of Trinity is horrible. Totally ignorant staff. They were not aware of the visa charges, documents needed etc. They had to keep calling their Kurla office for details. I did my Visa for Turkey with them and it was a harrowing experience. They dint give me my reference number, they dint chase up on my visa status. I had to contact the turkey VFS office myself and find out my visa was ready. Then i had to call the Trinity andheri office and inform them to collect it. Sarita from the branch was rude and even hung up the phone. Pathetic service. Better off with any other travel agency. My visa was ready on 28 Aug but the agency kept telling me they are waiting for an update or the VFS website is not working. I had to get this checked myself. They gave me the visa only two days before I was to fly which was 7 sep. What a nightmare
