Your service is good but I'm disappointed that you did not facilitate or show interest in helping me to go on my scheduled Thailand trip which I told you about well in advance and which i was looking forward to. You would have known the time- frame involved in getting the Korean visa. Had you made the slightest effort, it would have worked out. After getting the Korean visa, I would have taken my passport back from you, gone to Thailand and given the passport back to you on 15th July. After that you could have applied for my Japan visa. However, seeing lack of interest from you to help, facilitate, I had to cancel my Thailand trip which was free of cost for me as it was a sponsored trip, with all costs paid.
