Excellent service and a seamless process. Everything was managed very efficiently. Thank you so much. We completed our UK visa application and biometrics smoothly. Our appointment was at 3 PM, but since we arrived early and there was very little crowd, we were kindly allowed to go in earlier, and the entire process was completed well before time. The staff were extremely courteous, and the facility was clean and well maintained.

The staff at VFS were very helpful and the entire process was smooth and well organized. They also have a kids' play area, which was a big help for us since we were visiting with our toddler. It made the waiting time much easier to manage with a child

I am applying for Belgium visa. Excellent service. They have good launge. Tea coffee and snacks available complimentary. We can take small backpack inside. Very professional and helpful staff.

I went for Norway Visa stamping...reached early morning. If you get morning appointment then its good. Within 35 minutes i was out of VFS global bkc centre with all the work done.. If you have documents submission then it may take some time. Overall nice experience. No forcefully marketing to purchase their services. ( May be i have only visa stamping which is just passport submission, biometrics and photo that's all) Cleanliness, security, arrangement of different country sections was nice. Good team. NARESH from the Norway visa centre desk helped me during my process. Other team members were also supportive I have choosen to collect the passport by hand. ( After Visa stamping). Hence Overall process costs me around 816 only. ( VFS fees as per website- normal standard services).

worst service.. recently I had submitted UK visa application Outside staff try to sell you premium lounge service inside staff forcing you to buy doctor on call service. and she said it's mandatory to buy this service els we won't proceed your application. I was helpless unwillingly I bought this service. VFS charged 350 INR for 1 SMS most expensive SMS in the world

My mom applied for the VISA, and The experience was super smooth. The staff was super helpful & my mom did not have any trouble at all, Tanvi Beesay Mam was super helpful in making everything go very smoothly. We as a family applied for France Visa availing the Premium Lounge Facility and must say the overall experience and assistance by the entire team was cordial and overall whelming.

My mother is a senior citizen and not well educated. She attended her visa appointment understanding she only needed SMS updates and document scanning. However, without proper explanation or clear consent, she was pushed into the Premium Lounge service and charged PS5513 This feels extremely unfair and exploitative, especially towards elderly applicants who may not fully understand what staff are telling them. Companies handling visa services must take extra care when dealing with vulnerable customers, not use the situation to upsell expensive add-ons. There needs to be far more transparency at the appointment counters. My mother did not knowingly request any premium upgrade, yet she was charged a very large amount. Very disappointed with how VFS Global handled this. I strongly urge them to review their staff practices and provide proper support and clear communication for senior citizens.
