Extremely dissatisfied with the service experience. I have been working with Aditya S. Phatak for nearly a month now regarding a simple US visa form and profile creation, and there has been no meaningful response or progress. This level of inactivity, lack of follow-up, and complete absence of accountability is highly irresponsible and unprofessional. For a task that should take just a few days, waiting close to a month without updates is unacceptable. VisaHQ needs to seriously reassess how it manages basic customer requests and follow-through. At this point, I cannot recommend your services to anyone until there's a significant improvement in communication, timeliness, and ownership.

Highly irresponsible agents who even forget to submit your application and then blame the travellers. The USA Visa is not easy still I somehow got the appointments but because of VisaHQ, I lost the appointment and an opportunity of international conference for which they will not give me my refund. Delay the process and don't even give updates. When I take followups, the response from agents is very rude saying "following up will not get you visa so don't call back to back". Recommend you to book a small time travel agents but not VisaHQ.

My wife and I applied for our Peru Visas through VisaHQ, and I must say that I am very impressed! The service was prompt - in fact, Simar from Delhi contacted me while I was filling in the online form! She was a great help every single step of the way right until we were granted the visas. Disha in the Mumbai office was a great help too while we were submitting our documents. In fact, despite the demonetisation issue, our submission was made on time as they ensured that they had the right currency too. Fantastic service, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

This was the first time that I have used your services for obtaining visas and I must say that it was a good experience and i am well satisfied with your approach and help which I received. The whole process for the three South American countries Chile, Brazil and Argentina took a very long time, unlike obtaining visa for other countries when I travelled in the past. This created quite a bit of tension for me although I know that the process was progressing smoothly. If this time delay is normal for the said Consulates then I believe you should tell your future customers about it so that they do not get unnecessarily worried about it. I would certainly like to recommend your organisation to my friends for visa purposes and hopefully I will also come back to you again in future.

The experience was overall good. We had to handover our original passport and documents at CST Station instead of in the Safety of your Office. The Visa Officer assigned to us said that your office was under renovation and insisted to collect our documents in front of the Mumbai CST. Totally hairy experience. Of course we got the Visa one day before. But we had to cancel the trip

The services are 5 star and extremely professional. I would particulary like to appreciate Rahil Patni for the stellar job he did with my visa application for Egypt. Rahil went the extra mile to ensure I get my visas on time. I'm a self employed person and do not maintain a personal savings account. Looks like this was a huge deal breaker for obtaining Egyptian visa as other agents/companies refused my application. Rahil ensured he spoke to the people at the embassy and asked me to submit my application. He took the hassles of coming all the way from South Bombay to collect my passport from the Suburbs. A very big Thank you to Rahil Patni and the Visahq Team I will def have a good time in Egypt now that I have got my visa!!!
