General Post Office (GPO), Nagpur

Pathetic service. I have visited this office at least ten times, and almost every time only one out of the five Speed Post counters was functioning. Severe understaffing leads to long and frustrating queues. I expected the main post office to be more efficient; however, contrary to that expectation, Nagpur GPO is not up to the mark. Customers would be better off visiting smaller post offices closer to their homes, where the service is relatively smoother. India Post should seriously consider end-to-end automation of the booking process, enabling customers to self-book through technology-driven solutions. This would significantly reduce queues and improve overall service delivery.

These people need to work on their attitude. The employees in the Aadhar update corner are pathetic, without any manners. They don't even treat senior citizens correctly. Very rude behaviour. They know that no action can be taken against them so they are carefree.

This is to put on record excellent servies provided by the lady on counter no 1 for international parcel..Ms Priyanka Kakde.Not only that she was very polite and helping , she also went ahead and paid for our parcel in advance as we were away for some other work.Such trust and quality of service is rare these days.Kudos to her and all the GPO team.Thanks.

Many facilities are provided here. Money order,parcel service Aadhar Udpation Atm service Toilets are available but not very good

The heritage building of Nagpur which recently completed 100 years. All postal services are available here. The campus is well developed with a garden, spacious parking, ATM, canteen, dedicated fuel station and a library. It also has the Philately department for hobbyists. Now talking about the staff, it's like at every other place in the country (lazy and dumbo) :p

Not much well managed... Most of the counters are vacant... Most probably due to decreasing recruitment of new staff...And many a tym u may get complaints of server problem etc... But campus is very beautiful and the building is a heritage...Roads to this Post Office are nice and also very well maintained... Located in a very hifi area of the city...

Best place for aadhar related work and updates and also the service of general post and speed post is available. Staff is very friendly with their Costumers.....
