Fraud alert: Don't fall prey to the positive reviews as those seem to be paid ones. Here are the repeated experiences from me and my friends/family. I would strongly advise staying away from GoFero Pvt Ltd. We booked a round trip for 7 people, and the experience has been a nightmare: * Stranded Abroad: They failed to book the return ticket for one member of our group. Our friend was stuck at a foreign airport and had to pay for a last-minute flight out of pocket. * Hotel Bait-and-Switch: They cancelled our original hotel at the last minute and moved us to a very poor-quality alternative. * Refund Fraud: It has been 3 months of daily follow-ups. They constantly promise the refund "today or tomorrow," but nothing happens. They use "sweet talk" to delay, but never actually pay. * Incompetence: Any changes we requested were handled incorrectly, and they failed to communicate those errors to us. Extremely poor service and unethical business practices. Save your money and book elsewhere.

Extremely Poor Service and Disrespectful Management This was one of the worst service experiences I've ever had. I applied for my Dubai visa 2-3 weeks before my travel date, which should have been plenty of time. Instead, the company repeatedly delayed the process, causing immense stress. Despite me making multiple inquiries, the visa only arrived on the very last possible day. The head/manager's behavior was particularly disrespectful and unprofessional. I highly advise looking elsewhere.

I am extremely disappointed with the way our entire trip was handled by this agency. We booked for our Director's of our company. What should have been a smooth and enjoyable vacation turned into a stressful experience due to multiple mistakes and careless planning from their side. Here are the major issues I faced: 1. There meal preference was not confirmed properly, resulting in incorrect meals. 2. A full day was wasted in Hong Kong due to their local vendor's mismanagement. Despite booking my trip 60 days in advance, they had not booked the services included in my itinerary. At the last minute, they were searching for a new--and cheaper--vendor, which resulted in losing an entire day. 3. The itinerary was changed without discussion, forcing unrealistic early-morning travel and causing unnecessary fatigue. 4. The schedule was extremely exhausting, including late-night shopping followed by just 3 hours of sleep before a 6-hour flight. 5. Activities like the Star Ferry ride and Night Market, which were part of the promised itinerary, were later denied by their ground team. 6. They had to make around 100 calls during the trip to resolve issues that should never have occurred. 7. An incorrect PAR Form was filled, causing a 1.5-hour delay at Delhi airport during departure. 8. Despite clearly requesting emergency exit seats while booking only which was also confirmed by them , none of the four flights had the seats arranged. 9. No web check-in or boarding passes were provided for any leg of the journey. 10. Worst of all, they failed to inform me that my Air India return flight (Delhi-Nagpur) was rescheduled from 7 PM to 4 PM, even though the airline had sent them alerts via email, SMS, and WhatsApp. This led to me missing the flight, forcing us to spend an additional 25,000 on a new ticket and 10,000 on a hotel. It has now been 15 days, and the only response I get is, "We have forwarded it to all departments," with no resolution or accountability. Let me also add: We go on holidays for peace of mind, relaxation, and a break from our daily routine. But calling the travel agent almost 100 times during the trip felt exactly like the daily follow-ups we try to escape. Instead of enjoying the vacation, I ended up carrying unnecessary tension and stress throughout. And to be very clear -- this is not just about compensation. When a client books 5-star hotels, chooses private tours, and spends over 5 lakh on a Hong Kong-Macau trip for a couple, they expect a seamless and well-managed experience. The service delivered was nowhere close to what was promised, and it completely spoiled the trip. This level of negligence, lack of professionalism, and poor coordination is unacceptable from a travel agency. I do NOT recommend this agency to anyone.
