Very poor service as compared to other insurance company. Because I paid my loan payment on Date 21/5/24 But 15 days passed Nevertheless my policy Bond didn't reverse to me. Providing Only Tarikh par Tarikh as court.

More than 23 days already passed but my policy isn't yet transferred from branch code 990 to 632... email along with application and adhar card is also attached

Need to Respect your agent and customer . They are giving you Business . Employer is thinks that they are boss, Worst behaviour, Delay in Works.

I went there to update nominee in my policies. It reminds me of typical government office where employees feel proud on mis guiding people and sending them from this table to another table. Most of them are about to be age of retirement and they only come office to get their salaries. While their tagline is JINDAGI KE SATH BHI JINDAGI K BAAD BHI but when you go there then you feel LIC employees are not with you even when you're alive then how can you expect they will help your family after life. And the evergreen excuse you will listen on each windows we can't help you APNI BRANCH ME JAO. This is the situation where mostly Indian invest their money blindly.

Agent here, The sytems really need an upgrade, I mean it's India's and South east Asia's biggest Insurace Firm, why do you have windows xp running on pentium dual core in 2021?????? And BSNL slow LAN connection! You have to wait 10mins to print status of 1 policy. Seriously LIC, upgrade your offices.

Office is quite good, staff behavior towards customers is very nice, helpful person, speedy work. One thing is very bad that govt. Disinvestment.
