I had a good experience here. The people working there are sometimes rude though but anyways they give you the information. The work is done in a smooth and is in a quick manner. (At least when I went everything was done quickly) It can be overwhelming experience for new people who are not familiar to the RTO. I would suggest you to enquire to other people who are standing in the queue instead of asking the authority because they are busy and may insult you by giving you random answer. Most importantly Don't be shy to ask for help there it's ok if they answer rudely but atleast your work is done :)

Based on my experience dated 14th feb 2026 I was asked to go from window to window just to collect my license. First it was window no 3 then they asked to collect it from other window. After waiting at another window the lady employee mentioned to go to other window aa she was chit chatting with her family member. Then finally I reached the correct window the male employee mentioned that he will require five disgit number from post office. What the hell he has ref no attached with the form I submitted but he was adamant of it. Finally I got fed up and contacted agent he took 500 and managed to support. This is viksit bharat with this type of employee and bribery it will take a while to be viksit. It's a nightmare. Govt is doing best but employee has to understand the pain common man faces . It's hard earned money of ours with time I spent from 11 t 2 . Nightmare

Unnecessarily Process is made really complicated. If we want to renew the license, we submit the online application, pay the fees and upload the documents online, and again we need to visit RTO to physically submit the documents. What's the logic of migrating the services online... Even after doing all these steps, online portal sometimes shows wrong status. We have to keep refreshing frequently. Then after a while, it shows correct status. Really disappointing. I was the last member before the lunch break for documents submission, due to this status refresh issue, I had to wait 1.5 Hrs unnecessarily.

Digilocker RC is not considered for fitness certificate renewal for 20+ years old bikes You can get documents filled from nearby xerox centre. Just show them your RC and rest documents they will attach. ~300rs is xerox centre fees. While agent takes 1500-2000 commission. Rest documents -PUCIinsurance, smart card fee, environment fee, tax, penalty is dependent on parivahan site

I want to give them 0 star. For BH board for new vehicle they rejected by telling they need round stamp not square. But no government has rules that they need it round or square. They are there own rules. Worst worst service. Government is providing BH board I don't understand what the hell this people have problem to provide.

Visited to collect my RC card copy, they first ask you to give your name and vehicle reg number on one paper then they ask you to wait because in system they want to check the status of RC card, for seating they have placed some chairs on ground and serving people talk to you from office room window, once they retrieve the status they called you and give you the status, if they have received your RC card then they ask you to fullfill the address and person verification documents with one written request form( I have attached the screenshot for documents required and request form sample which they have stick on their window) Overall experience is good but for seating arrangement for people I am disappointed.

I am really happy and impressed with my experience with this RTO office. I received really exceptional support from all the staff. They guided very well and helped a lot to get my work done. Thank you for the prompt support.

Parking space not adequate....Officers were co-operative, completed KYC documents for DL. Approach Room number 5 for KYC verification....It is situated in Bhosari MIDC. Try to cover up your work in 1st half. Avoid 2nd half rush of the day. Also nearby eatery is not available so try to have it before you come or on the way.
