Al Safa Tours | Haj & Umrah

We were a group of 11 people, most of us performing Umrah for the first time. Overall, it was a very good experience, and hence a 4-star rating. There were many positives, along with a few areas for improvement. What I liked most: Maulana Bilal's guidance was outstanding. His way of explaining the significance of each place was engaging, easy to understand for all age groups, and never overwhelming. He struck a perfect balance, motivating, meaningful, and inspiring. Everyone in our group was truly impressed by his oratory skills. Food quality and availability were excellent. The meals were timely, varied, and well-organized. After long and tiring Umrah or Nafl Tawaf, having food readily available was a big relief. The menu included starters, rotis, rice, dal, chicken and mutton gravies, salads, fruits, and occasional desserts. Tea was available daily. The serving staff were polite, smiling, and helpful. This arrangement really helped us focus more on Ibadah rather than worrying about food outside. Areas for improvement: Travel management for Ziyarat (Taif/Makkah) can be better. Waiting around 90 minutes for the bus, especially while standing; was difficult for elderly members. Better coordination or allowing people to wait comfortably in a lounge would improve the experience significantly. Laundry instructions were unclear. We were not informed that items like innerwear, caps, socks, and handkerchiefs are not accepted, which led to losses. Clear communication beforehand would help avoid this. Return journey planning could be improved. For those traveling back to India, a direct return from Madinah would be far less tiring. If that's not possible, train travel from Madinah to Jeddah would be a better alternative than a long bus journey. Overall, a very meaningful and well-organized Umrah experience with scope for minor improvements. Would definitely recommend.

Alhamdulillah umrah experience with Al safa tours was really comfortable and a memorable experience, Molana Bilal guided and mentored really well, Hotel stays was comfortable near to haram However hotel in Makkah could have been better Had a generous serving of Buffet for all breakfast lunch and dinner As compared to other tours food was delicious. Ziyarat was done for both Makkah and madinah.
