Civil Post Office Lohegaon

The location is good. But they need to have employees. There are only 1-2 I see and it becomes very much crowded..

Very very pathetic service. PO incharge herself is like her chair her rules. I just wanted to collect my check book. She made me visit the PO multiple times in my 9th month of pregnancy. Even after telling about my condition she was adamant with my father also. Each & every time she was making new excuses to make me come again.

I've had repeated issues with this post office over the last few years. Every time I track my parcel, it shows 'out for delivery,' but no one visits. After a few days, the status changes to 'insufficient address' or 'receiver didn't receive.' This isn't a one-time issue; it's happened multiple times. They don't even have the courtesy to call and ask me to collect it myself. Complaints haven't led to any improvements. Very disappointing service

Typical government sector, bad service, they didn't delivered my parcel even though they had it since 5 days. I personally went to pick my parcel. Unsupportive and lazy staff THEY WERE PLAYING PUBG GAME when I was standing right there waiting them to finish.

Didn't got my parcel and they updated that on admin instructions it is deposited

No one calls and the status is updated as Item Onhold Addressee cannot be located. Every time I have to visit and collect the parcel from the post office. Pathetic and unprofessional service!

Worst place. The postman's in this post office are irresponsible. They won't deliver your courier just by saying that they didn't found address even though the address is clear to understand and even a 10th Standerd child can find it. Sometimes they will mark your courier as delivered but you won't receive the same. We are paying charges for courier and this postmen are receiving their salary from people like us those who pay taxes to Government, but they won't bother as it's a Govt. And one more thing they don't even receive the call

Chirag the postman for Beat 1 is such kind of postman who has failed to deliver 2 couriers at my address. They won't bother to call you also if they are facing issue in delivering courier. It's my humble request to Indian Govt. and Indian postal services to sack this kind of Govt. Employees those who make fun with tax payers money.
