They didn't update info properly Parcel receiver is arrogant never talk properly

They don't contact you while delivering the speedpost and directly return back the parcel

If you want to know why people are choosing banks over post offices for any money related schemes and couriers for any parcel related operations, you should visit post offices like this.. The staff is very arrogant and doesn't care about the customer at all. I went to deposit amount in SSY account at 1.45 PM. There was a lady speaking on phone for 10 minutes. After that I told her that I want to deposit, she said its lunch time till 2.30. I said I'll come after 2.30. When I went back at 3 pm, I was told that deposit is taken only till 12 PM. I mean why that lady didnt tell me when I talked to her before. And what is this rule ? Why cant you guys take deposits till EOD? I am afraid but Soon the post offices will be vanished due to such behavior.

worst post office ever. they need agent for everything. they hold back your money for no reason. If you have your money here then be prepare to beg to get your own money. Staff is rude, they dont give you money unless agent is opening any other new fd/rd.

Very arrogant and rude staffs. No one will help you , guide you, not even will speak with manners. Not at all recommendable. Please try to avoid taking policies or any service as it will lead to unwanted and endless wait in post offices. Most of the employees from post offices always deny to work. All the times giving reasons like server down , temporarily some technical problem is happened, a concern officer is on a leave and bla bla. Not even want to rate a single star.

Worst experience at this post office my order comes from Delhi by speed post they didn't able to deliver my parcel just because they are unable to call or unable to reach the location they even never call me for the parcel they updated the status door is closed 2times I received the massage today I go to the office and ask for the parcel they said we called you 3times your number is unreasonable I ask them to call me right now on the number which was given on the speed post parcel they refused because they never call on that number which you provide and they will never delivered your parcel you have to collect your parcel from the office if your parcel is here experience is bad and slow service never ever post your consignment at this location
