My parcel was shown as delivered in online tracking, and I also received an SMS confirming delivery. However, I never actually received the parcel. When I raised a complaint through the postal website, I was told that the parcel would be delivered the next day after the complaint was filed. This clearly shows that the parcel was not delivered on the original delivery date but was wrongly marked as delivered. I also tried to visit the post office personally, but there is no proper public road access. Google Maps shows the approach road as a private property road, making it very difficult to reach the post office. Marking parcels as delivered without actual delivery is unacceptable and causes unnecessary stress to customers. The management should take strict action to ensure proper delivery practices and improve accessibility to the post office.

My speed post from bank with my debit card was marked as delivered without delivery and no call received from the post office. It's POOJA BHAGWAN SASANE (BEAT_25) who should deliver but she might enjoy the salary only.

Absolutely shitty service. I got the message that my parcel is out for delivery than later I got another message that the addressee is absent and the delivery was unsuccessful but they didn't even call me. This has happened two times. Delivery agent name is KIRAN RAMRAO MUNDE(Beat_04)

I am extremely disappointed with the way this post office is run. The staff are completely unprofessional and make people wait for no reason, even shutting the shutter of a government office just to have lunch while customers are left standing outside. There are seats available inside, but they still keep people standing outside in the heat, with zero consideration for senior citizens or anyone who is tired or unwell. Elderly people were made to stand for a long time, and no one from the staff even bothered to come out and explain or apologize. People work very hard to clear government exams and get these jobs, but once they join service, they act as if they are not answerable to anyone. There is no sense of responsibility, no respect for the public's time, and no basic courtesy. Very poor service and a very disappointing experience.

The parsal was did'nt sent to the office and declate its return back to OF, and the callcenter person did'nt here it and cut the phone. No Support from this guys. Stop this servisce if they are not doing there job properly.

My consignment no.TA5361669355IN is received in this post office on 23.8.25 but so far not delivered at my address. What should I do and how we can contact them as we know that they never response eventhough they did not pick any call. If any one is having his contact no. then request you to share me
