Rajasthan Tour Review Our Rajasthan tour was truly a memorable and beautiful experience. From the royal forts to the colorful markets, every place reflected history, culture and grandeur. The entire trip was well-planned and comfortable. We visited magnificent palaces, ancient temples, deserts and lakes -- each destination had its own charm. The architecture and heritage made us feel like we were walking through history. The desert experience and local cultural programs were the highlights of the trip. Tour Management (Prasad Devlekar) The tour manager was very supportive, cooperative and well-organized. He managed time perfectly, gave proper information about each place and handled all situations calmly. Because of him, the journey felt safe and smooth. Travel & Stay Bus was clean and comfortable Driver drove safely and patiently Hotels were neat with good service Food arrangements were satisfactory and hygienic Everything was managed systematically without confusion or delays. Overall Experience This tour gave us not only enjoyment but also knowledge about Rajasthan's history and traditions. We returned with lots of memories, photos and happiness. Thank you to the entire team for making this journey special and unforgettable. We would definitely like to travel again in future!

We recently travelled to Rajasthan with Girikand tours and it turned out to be a lovely trip. A standout moment for us, when team celebrated my daughter's birthday. Hotel arrangements and food was very good in every city. Also I would like to highlight one certain point that for those not travelling with family just the duet should be allotted same level of comfort, since everyone paid same cost. Thanks to Prasad for arranging his room for us at Jaisalmer hotel. Towards the end of tour, due to flight rescheduling we had to stay an extra day in Ahmedabad and our tour manager Prakhar Gupta stayed with us till the airport. Everything was smoothly managed . My parents recently went on the Coastal Karnataka with Goa (7 Nights / 8 Days) tour with Girikand Travels, and they had a wonderful experience. The entire trip was very well organized -- from travel and hotel stays to sightseeing. The team was extremely caring and attentive, especially towards senior citizens. During the trip, my father faced an issue as he was running out of battery cells for his hearing aid. We are especially grateful to Mr. Nikhil Pradhan, who helped him a lot in arranging the required battery cells quickly. His prompt support and caring attitude truly meant a lot to us as a family. It gave us great peace of mind knowing that the team genuinely takes care of senior citizens. My parents returned home happy and full of beautiful memories. This is our first customised trip with Girikand. We appreciate a planning and arrangements including transport, site seeing, emergency support, follow up etc. Especially urgent support provided when flight cancellation happened during our return journey. Vijay who planned our Kerala trip has good knowledge and experience. He also suggested the way we should visit places. Your operation team is amazing who always available on phone. You have arranged a cab for our entire stay in Kerala. Joy is polite, humble and punctual driver . He himself shown some of the sites.He provided very good service and support. We had been to the trip of Marwad Rajasthan with Girikand Holiday, Pune. Our trip started on 22-12-25 and we reached back home on 28-12-25. Our trip remained very successful. We had very good Team Manager, Prasad Devlekar and Prakhar Gupta. Both of them remained very cooperative throughout the trip. We have visited during our trip viz. Bikaner, Jaisalmer, Desert Stay, Jodhpur and Pushkar. All the places as per our tour Itinerary were covered. The all hotels were good. Ours was a big group of 30 people. All were cooperative and very much friendly. The bus used throughout the tour was comfortable and the driver and the cleaner were also very cooperative and caring. We enjoyed all the forts, havelis and which were worth watching. The tour managers gave enough time for the shopping's.

Review: Kerala-Kanyakumari Holiday Package by Girikand (22-29 December 2025) Our Kerala-Kanyakumari tour with Girikand was overall an excellent and memorable experience. The trip was well organised right from the start. Our home pickup driver, Mr. Sachin Pandhare, arrived on time and was polite, calm, and professional. The tour managers, Mr. Dnyaneshwar Saindore and Mr. Harshad Naik, truly made this journey special. Despite heavy rush at ticket counters everywhere, they ensured the full itinerary was completed with extra effort. At Munnar, a sudden bus clutch plate failure could have disrupted the tour, but they promptly arranged an alternative, avoiding inconvenience to the group. Over eight days, the group bonded like a family. Children especially enjoyed the company, made new friends, and had great fun throughout. Hotel selection was good, and the food quality was excellent and satisfying across locations. Girikand also kept its commitment of airport pickup from Mumbai and drop to our home in Pune. However, the return experience had an unpleasant moment. The driver, Mr. Patel Mudassar, failed to receive us at the airport exit as promised and did not answer calls for nearly 20 minutes. We had to locate the bus ourselves with heavy luggage and a sleeping baby. His response to a polite request for safe driving was unnecessary, though he eventually drove safely and dropped us home. Overall Assessment Despite the last-day inconvenience, our overall experience with Girikand was excellent. While it may not be a perfect 10/10 due to the airport incident, we would definitely like to explore more destinations with Girikand in 2026. Suggestions for Improvement 1. Provide clearer guidance on airport check-in, DigiYatra app usage, and web check-in for group bookings. 2. Consider including a Kerala-style body massage in the itinerary, especially beneficial for senior citizens. 3. Caution tourists during medicine plantation visits, as aggressive sales tactics often lead to overspending. 4. Clearly define "extra toppings" or optional add-ons in advance to avoid confusion.

I want to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude for the exceptional care and warmth shown by Mr. Prasad Devlekar during our recent Rajasthan trip. From the very first day, Mr. Prasad made us feel like family rather than just tourists. His friendly nature, constant attention to detail, and genuine concern for our comfort turned what could have been a regular tour into a truly memorable and joyful experience.
