Experience from 5/5 reached to 1/5 - so here is the story in two halves: 1. My car was registered in HR (Gurgaon)- NOC was required for proceeding / applying for new registration in MH (Pune). The support was good, prompt and positive. Infact, also was supported with hypothecation removal from RC for my Bike (HR -Gurgaon) - job well done 2. Given the positive experience and trust gained, I opted there service again for second part of the puzzle that was re-registration of my car in Pune. AND THIS WAS A MISTAKE. The amount charged was quite hefty, still would have been fine if the experience would have anywhere close to the work done in NCR. The PUNE SPOC and there RTO Vendor / partner who supposedly gets the work done were unresponsive, unprofessional to the core. The process took more than 3 months that too upon giving them a dog's chase. The only things they cared about was for me to make the payment of the service in totality. As on date while the registration in MH is complete the RC/ Smartcard is still awaited. While I do understand that it would be shared by post but given the hefty amount taken + time & effort from my end I believe they should have been responsive till I get the Smartcard delivered. Infact even during RTO vehicle fitness inspection I got 0 support from the RTO broker aligned. Lastly and the HIGHLIGHT - THE RC address is INCORRECT - REASON given CLERK FAULT then why are YOU TAKING THE MONEY?????? Long story short yes I am agitated with the service experience quality, but may reconsider the rating once I get the SMARTCARD only considering the service I recieved from the NCR team. FOR MAHARASHTRA DEFINITELY A BIG NO!!!!!!

Superb work by Itzazy and Great support by Ms Namrata specially for her work , and she is very supportive and polite. I received the delivery and work very fast only because of her positive approach. Kudos to Ms Namrata ji. Keep it up and keep shining mam.

Documents Lost? Communication Failure and Missing Chassis Impression - Paid Half, Stuck Now. I hired itzeazy for the re-registration of my scooty and paid 50% of the total fees upfront. They collected all required documents from me, including the chassis impression, which I personally handed over. After two days, I called for an update and was told the application was "in process" and would take one month. The issues began when I called them again 20 days later. I was informed that the chassis impression was missing from the documents they collected. This was confusing, as I ensured it was included during the initial handover. I asked them to check their records again, and they agreed they would. Following this conversation, they completely stopped responding to my calls and emails for several days. Today, I called them from a different phone number, and they answered immediately, only to repeat the same issue: the chassis impression is missing. I am now stuck, having paid half the required amount, with no assurance that my application will proceed, and feeling extremely frustrated by the complete breakdown of professional communication. I am concerned that my documents may have been misplaced and my work will not be completed. The process has been severely delayed due to their internal document handling and subsequent refusal to communicate.

Have used the services from Itzeasy for adding the name of my son to the birth certificate. Very happy with the service and response time. Thank you Tina and Namrata for being efficient and your professionalism. Highly recommend your services

Had a terrible experience with Itzeazy for RTO Hypothecation removal and address change of my car. Had paid for their premium package, however, ended up suffering with sending documents again and again on my own. Their staff does not have a clear idea of the required documents. Even after document verification from one department, the other department asked for some other new document and eventually their vendor who actually processes the RTO work called and asked to deliver some more documents to which Itzeazy staff denied any pickup service or help. Had to visit their RTO vendor on my own multiple times for providing documents even after paying for a premium service package. After so many back and forth, my RTO work got done after 2 months which was supposed to be done in 15 days without any travel or hassle. Will never recommend them to anyone atleast for RTO work. VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE.

Total fraudsters. They took my money and documents including original RC book of my car in June 2025, then disappeared. It's been over 6 months now. They don't take my calls or respond to my messages.
