Post Office Manjari Budruk

I visited the Indian Post Office on 17th March 2025 at 12:30 PM to send a package via Speed Post as it was urgent. The employee, informed me about the charges and assured me that the parcel would be accepted and registered on the same day. However, I later found out that my parcel was not forwarded because she left for personal reasons in the following days. This caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience. Urgent services like Speed Post should be handled responsibly to avoid such issues.

On 17th of March 2025 i have booked a parcel for Speed Post which cost me Rs 94/- and another register Pist charged me with Rs 89/- these all parcels, suppost to go to my home town. We waited for 15 days and then try to take a track of the parcels but nothing was showing other than "Item booked" in Manjari BK. We were in suspicion and i went to Manjari BK first for the inquiry and the official told me that it was may be for the server issue that it is not showing. Thay asked me to go to Manjari farm post office they also told me same thing. Hence i have raised a complaint on 3rd May'25 and because of my suspicion i have called up to the customer care of post office after 7days of raising my complaint, and very badely shouted on them and scould them. And today is 19th of May'25 and both the parcel is on the way. Currently when we check it is showing on 17Apr'25 i have booked the parcel and 14May'25 Manjari farm received the parcel..i don't what the hell they were doing on keeping the parcel for more than one month and no one is there to listen. I will raise the complaint to the utmost level now.

Very poor service....official time is till 4 he asked me it is now closed at 02:25

Speed post which is meant for faster delivery are not attempt for delivery even after 6 days. Staffs don't even receive calls infact they switch off there mobile phones. Office timing is 9am to 5pm but here they come at 11pm and closes soon after 1 or 2 hrs. I don't know what is indian government doing having this types staffs and services. Wake Govt of India. This is the only reason why we are so behind. Worst experience ever. Same on those people who runs these types of services.

please take this complaint seriously... it's a very old post office so there's only one official sitting there....the official timing on google is 9 and there's no one there intil past 10am....the official is very impolite and doesnt listen to anybody and the server is always done...you end up not having your work done always....very bad functioning and management

Worst services. Office is always closed I don't know why Govt of india is running this and why they are paying them salary to sleep in their houses and enjoy . It's 9.32 but office is still closed. Staffs not receiving phone calls inspite of that they switch off their phones. Same on Govt. Of India.

Worst service they are providing this is third time I did not received my parcel to my address. And now they are don't know where they kept the parcel in their office. Even they never called me while parcel is in there office
