SHREE TATKAL PASSPORT AND PCC AGENT MAHARASHTRA

I'm only writing this review to warn and ensure you don't go through the same concern i did and waste your money. This guy is completely fraudulent, he stays 200+ kms away from Pune, he will lie and tell you he has put his house address on google and his office is near the passport office, but he has no office or no address shared. Initially when i spoke to mr. jyotiram regarding my passport in urgency, he promised me very casually as if it's common for him to do it in 7-10 days. I sent him the documents and told him the process and told him i need it urgently multiple times, he confirmed 10 times and sounded irritated at me asking for reassurance 10 times with the timeline. Despite of knowing my urgency, he did not give my passport in Tatkal, he lied and told me had, then he covered up saying only medical cases can be given in Tatkal, which is a lie as all the rpo officers told me that's not true. He stopped picking my calls, my husband had to follow up and Talk to him, i had given him full amount during the police verification, when i spoke to the passport office they told me my passport will take more 35-40 days, jyotiram made up excuses and told me - if you don't get your passport you take the money, it's not about the money, the passport office is shut for 4 days, their system was down, your passport was printed wrong, he kept making excuses and did nothing to help me. I took it in my hands and wrote a grievance letter and went to the Baner rpo my self, this man didn't suggest help or move. He would just pick the calls and give excuses. I have ran and begged all throughout the post office, rpo, all the police officers and they have helped me at every stage thankfully and despite of everything, he never acknowledged his mistake or even said sorry once, instead he told me: 1. passport office mere baap ka nai hai. 2. When asked, you told me you take the money back, so give it to me since I haven't received my passport at the timeline promised and for which i had paid such a high amount, he said, you give me your passport then I'll give u the money. This guy has no contacts or experience. It's just a scam. I highly suggest you stay away from such a fraud and illegal agent without any whereabouts and do it online yourself, you will get your documents done as per the committed timelines. Update: Please don't lie and deny. i will add proof my 1st message sent to you was on 4th September, my appointment was on 7th September and the screenshots shared show me asking for an update on 18th September. My passport was dispatched on 22nd September. I have an official email that i will post as well. I officially received my passport after going to the post office and requesting them on 24th September.
