Kusum ji takes everything for granted without knowing what the actual process is. She had no idea for the Spain long term Visa Application process, and was charging an extra 8000 rupees in the name of Visa fees. The appostile was not done on time since she assumed that it was not needed due to which the visa interview had to be shifted (she lied about it as well). Be very careful! Her husband Mr. Sanjay understood what a mess this had become and handled the situation without police intervention.

Extreme scam artist! Zero knowledge of visa process and claims to know it all and have folks on the inside who can help with 'setting'. Completely horrible experience, doesn't call back or revert to messages after payment you wonder if she's your agent or a friend doing you a favor the way she casually reverts on her own time, with false reassurances of completion. Keeps asking for more money and doesn't even communicate actual status of application. Whatever visas did go through her successfully are purely cos of the applicants and not her intervention. Stay far far away!

Very poor experience. They messed up my voter id application which delayed my submission of urgent documents and charged me a handsome amount. I had to keep chasing them with no luck. Did my own research and I subsequently applied myself online without paying a single penny and got it within 10 days.

Kusum is complete fraud agent. She took money for the adhaar card but did not get any appointment. No response to calls and messages. Don't trust them and waste your hard earned money. Not sure where we can complaint against such a fraud people.

Kusum gives worst services for passport relates work. Its been more than 4 months. I wanted to change the DOB on passport but she didnt change the date and keep telling me that she has some contacts at backend and i will get new passport with correct DOB. I have received passport with old DOB and now she is not picking up the calls and not reverting on whatsapp. She is looting people hard earned money. Kusum is a perfect example of fraud. Kusum lives the life of bunty and bubbly in real. I wont suggest anyone to use the service from her.

Don't trust travel house Pune they are fruad, they only say trust our placement i will give you best job for abroad kusam and vanraj fooling you guys and use your money and not given any job and not return your money and they have already police compliant and criminal cases also going on their name. So I requested to you guys don't waste your money and don't trust them.
