Wagholi Post Office

I ordered my Aadhaar card and Aadhaar PVC card, and for the last three days I keep receiving the same message: "Item is out for delivery. Delivery will be attempted today by - SACHIN PANDURANG KANCHE." But the delivery person never comes! This is not the first time either. I've experienced this repeatedly with important documents, parcels, and even international shipments. Every single time, the tracking shows "delivery attempted," but in reality, no one attempts anything. After a few days of this, they simply tell you to come and pick it up from the post office yourself. If the delivery staff are not going to do their job properly, at least be honest from the beginning so customers can plan to pick up the parcel instead of wasting days waiting at home. This kind of irresponsible service is unacceptable, especially when it involves important government documents. I hope the department takes this seriously and improves the delivery process.

Worst experience ever !!!!! For aadhar card related service, the staff of post office told us you should feel lucky that you have this service here in this post office for aadhar card as we don't even get any revenue for this service - still we have to work on aadhar card updates and spend lot of our time .( Seriously!!!! We are tax payers and this service is provided by government,, what is there to feel lucky about ,,,is it my problem that they don't get revenue for this !!! ) Staff was frustrated and taking out their frustration on us , they were impolite and asked "only us" to wait outside in the queue ( There was no queue though!! ) but all the people of their choice were happily standing inside near the person who was working on aadhar related tasks. We were being shouted at ,,rudely spoken by the staff and multiple time we were told how this post office is doing favor on us by doing addhar updates. We got a token in the morning 11 AM and they told to come by 3 PM and we reached sharp at 3 PM ( our fault that we were on time ) and then on asking when our turn will come they started to tell us around 4 PM that there is no turn system you guys have just come , wait outside. We clearly seen few people without token also were entertained and there request taken and upon asking why we got lame excuses. We went there with our little kid to get his biometrics update and there was no proper sitting system/ queue or any support of any sort. Infact the staff asked us to count how many people's token number is before us ,,how are we supposed to do that ,,should we go around the post office and keep asking people who's number is what and when ????? For 10 mins task it took me 3 rounds to post office and more than 2 hrs in waiting and lot of humiliation and mismanagement at post office ,, I will think 10 times before going there next for any work .

Wagholi Post Office, Pune 412207, staff and post master is absolutely pathetic. I seriously don't understand why people like wagoli post office staff and post master are even getting paid. I went to submit my KYC documents they didn't accept it. Said to come tomorrow and tomorrow. Their tomorrow never comes. Staff's behaviour and even post master's behaviour, was extremely rude and arrogant, no manners, no professionalism, and no sense of responsibility. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and feels like pure negligence and fraud. Totally shameful service.

On 28-11-2025, my bike's RC arrived at the post office. When I went to the post office, the lady(sonali sutar) there said, 'The RC is not available here, and we had called you but your phone was not reachable. Now you will have to go to Kesnand post office and collect the RC.' But the reality is that I never received any call from them. They were scamming me and lied to me. The lady at Wagholi Post Office(sonali sutar) told me a lie."

Very slow service. One counter serves stamps, revenue stamps, IPOs, parcels, speed posts etc. Clerk takes 10 minutes for booking each parcel. Also they are not selling postal envelopes.

The staff behaviour is quite poor and even for getting empty form to transfer from one region to another at window 2 he is asking to stand in long queues. The post master should really take a look and train his employee in today's fast world.

They shows parcel delivered on tracking details but won't deliver on time.This is happening 2nd time.On tracking details it's showing delivered on 3rd October but I haven't received yet. Even won't got any call about delivery.please let me know where to complaint about delivery coz in my package there are medicines
