Who says government offers don't work. I went there to pick up my returned Passport, the employee there Sakshi mam helped me in finding my passport and after the verification it was handed over to me. Very professional environment. They work very hard and very supportive.

Subject: Inconvenience faced during Aadhaar enrolment for my daughter I had a very unpleasant experience at the post office while attempting to create my 3-year-old daughter's Aadhaar card. On Monday, I visited the post office and was informed that Aadhaar enrolment for children is conducted from Tuesday to Friday after 3:00 PM by a specific staff member. Accordingly, I returned on Tuesday at exactly 3:00 PM. Tokens were distributed, and I was allotted token number 16. When my turn came, I was informed that the staff member present does not handle Aadhaar enrolment for children and that another staff member, Ms. Prachi, is responsible. I was further informed that she would arrive by 6:00-6:30 PM due to other official duties. As a working mother, I had already taken leave on Monday and Tuesday second half as Monday the person was not available, for this purpose. Based on assurance from the in-charge that the work would be completed once she arrived, I waited at the post office with my young daughter until 6:15 PM. After Ms. Prachi arrived, she attempted the enrolment twice; however, due to server issues, the process could not be completed. Eventually, my daughter's Aadhaar enrolment was not done plus they were shouting on us I have argued for the same. The entire experience was extremely time-consuming and stressful, particularly for a small child. The lack of clear communication, coordination, and system preparedness resulted in unnecessary inconvenience. I request that this matter be reviewed and appropriate measures be taken to prevent such issues in the future. Sincerely, Dr. Shital

I came for speed post and they directly declined worst services gov office worst staff

If you have to collect speed post parcel, kindly speak to the staff in a polite way! Or else you have to linger around for a day. Notes: You've to collect your own baggage from their other outlet, near Moses school.

After a lot of negative reviews i was skeptical about getting my parcel because it showed delivered. But the person there called me once before sending my parcel back due to incomplete address. Thankfully they delivered in the same day.

After reading alot of negative reviews I was scared but I got my speed post at door step. Thanks for your good service.
