Reaching this place is a bit of an issue as it's situated in a corner. They provide all postal services but the services are very slow. There will be a single person for postal and post office bank services so there is a rush during peak hours and on peak days i.e.during rakhi festival and so on. So Better have time in your hand and kindly carry change as they don't accept UPI payment options.

Must bring Cash... I came at 10:10 am , so it was quick.

Its location is very confusing. We almost didn't believe Google maps when we reached a dirt road leading to it. Reversing with a car is just barely possible there. As a post office, it should be more accessible. Our daughter's passport had reached there a week back but due to a long postmen's strike, it hadn't reached us. The lady who greeted us was very professional. She was not an Odia. She asked for the proper credentials before searching for the passport and then refused to open the mail on finding it, which was the right thing to do as it was a very odd situation for us to go there and receive it. My husband opened the mail and signed for it. All in all, it was a good experience because of that lady. The post office is basically located in a rented garage.

Operating from a garage space this office lacks proper office atmosphere. The attitude of front line staff is far from satisfactory.

Worst post office I have ever seen. It's a responsibility to deliver the letter to the person who is waiting since a long time. It's been around 2 months I have not received my letter from YouTube. YouTube has already sent me an email where it's clearly mentioned that the letter is delivered to your nearby post office. I have visited this post office. Called many times to the postman but they are denying that they have no letter for me. And also they are showing several excuses like I will see if any letter present for you . And then not answering to my calls. It's really too much disappointment. Sham on this kind of system.

The post office is located at such a place that it is very difficult to find even if by asking local people.You have to take a number of turns through lanes to reach at the location as the office is currently functioning at a residential premise.Services like speed post, registered post and parcel etc. are available.The staff are efficient at work and one you get there the services will be hassle-free.
