The staff inside are generally helpful and cooperative. However, the experience is affected by poor crowd management at the entrance. Security guards allow people who arrive early to enter first, even if their queue or sequence number is later. Inside as well, batch and sequence numbers are not strictly followed, which creates confusion and frustration for applicants who arrive on time. The overall infrastructure also needs attention. Parts of the ceiling are damaged, and water was dripping from the roof. The environment feels poorly maintained, with items scattered around, making the place look untidy. With better queue discipline, stricter adherence to sequence numbers, and improved maintenance, the experience could be significantly better.

Infrastructure condition is horrible, a water leak is barely managed by covering rather than rectifying it. Chairs are damaged, no place to sit for all the people there for appointment. Enquiry process is extremely slow and borderline harrasment. Sometimes the camera isn't working, sometimes the scanner isn't. People are just asked to move from one section to another. Process can be a lot of seamlessly integrated. Heavily understaffed office. A very clear illustration of why everyone loves government job but hates going to a government office.

I had a very disappointing experience with the security staff. The security personnel were rude, unhelpful, and spoke very badly to applicants. Their behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful, especially towards students and common people who come with genuine queries. Instead of guiding properly, they were shouting and creating unnecessary fear. I strongly request the authorities to change the security staff or provide them proper training on how to speak politely and behave professionally with the public. A government office should ensure a respectful and supportive environment for citizens. Hope this feedback is taken seriously and improvements are made.

It's been more than 1 month, that i have applied for PCC ,but still not received,okay that's fine but The RPO bhubaneswar have a contact number on their office landline,which is not working i think so, because when ever people's are trying to call, the number was always busy mode, which is wrong practice, because u guys should know the passport office is very very important for Everyone, please try to understand my concern, and solve the problem. I applied for Fresh Passport.The Process was very smooth. It hardly took 15-20 for the overall procedure. First you enter the office and have to stand in queue after getting your token number and wait untill your token number shows then you will be redirected to Counter-A where your biometrics and photo will be taken. Then Counter-B where your original documents will be checked. Then Counter-C again the documents will be checked and done. After police verification the passport will be delivered to your residence. For every counter there is LED Screen where token numbers were popping you have to wait for your turn. I vot my passport within 7days from my appointment date. Documents to Carry (ORIGINAL) 1-Aadhar Card (with verified tick) *PVC Card is not applicable 2-Matriculation Certificate 3- Appointment Letter Its advisable to carry documwnts and xerox. The shops nearby charges with their own will.

The Office really needs better maintenance -- it's not clean, and the furniture is scattered everywhere, leaving hardly any space to move around. The staff is helpful, but the place lacks convenience and proper organization.

I had a excellent smooth going experience at this place..Thanks to all the staffs specially TCS staffs..No tips ,no bribe ,No stress.. Seems our country is improving a lot.. Every government department clerks should be replaced by TCS staffs I felt today..such a wonderful experience over here..take ur documents required & have a smooth experience.. One bad point was xerox cost per page was Rs 5..
