Passport office new rasulgarh

I read a lot of negative review, so felt like giving this review my responsibility. It is located in building with Homelane, Chandi Bhandar and SreeLeathers in ground floor. This is also in ground floor. There is more than enough parking available, you need to go from second gate next to SreeLeathers. Parking photo I have attached. We went a bit ahead of the scheduled appointment in the afternoon and allowed entry. Entry is only for applicants and there are around 200 chairs inside for sitting. But there is no sitting or designated waiting area for the person accompanying. So you will find people sitting outside the entry gate in the lobby. The process inside is smooth, if you have carried all the required documents. You also need copies of all the required documents and in case you have missed to bring photo copies, you can get it done inside for Rs 2. I relied on Gemini to know all the required documents, you can use the same or any other AI tool for that purpose. Our application was processed on the first visit only, but in case you have missed any documents then they are willing to hold your documents without rejecting, giving you time to arrange required documents. The entire process was smooth and fast. There were no touts or middle-man present in the vicinity. Overall no complaints at all. Just to be clear, I was the person accompanying the applicant.

The waiting area is the corridor of the office where you have to adjust. Atleast there is parking place for car. There are separate toilets.

The location is really not a good one to visit. Located on the side road of the National Highway, very congested. Don't have any parking space to park cars! For 2 wheelers there is small space. While entering the building it feels very awkward. Main entrance space is very small. Inside the office you have one small snack corner from CCD coffee shop. One photocopy guy stays inside the office for all the necessary forms and documents. Though the application is processed fast through all the counters of all the documents are in order.

This was my first visit to this RPO, bad one i must say. The photocopy was asked with verified signature, what is the point i don't know, as you will any ways verify the biometric. Unnecessary people have to rush to nearest cyber cafe, who charge 80 rupees for a simple printout, seems TCS people have found a way already to make some side hustle. Such is the state of affairs, even the most esthetic IT company can become corrupt. I am visiting passport offices for last 30 years, today was the worst experience i must say.

Not bad but would be great if few chairs are provided for people waiting for their turn. It's congested and slightly dark. A little change can make it a great place to apply at

Not so bad. Not so great. Start time was 9:30. They asked everyone to enter by 9:00. All processing and everything finished within 90 minutes. Not so smooth process. But work gets done. I was skeptical before coming here as review were bad. But it's all okay here. Aguru tk better thila jebe unit 8 crp pakhare thila.

Very nice experience here , they even allowed to do adhar card xerox at that office itself only rs5. You just need original adhar card and 10th original certificate and all the process will be completed with in 1hours .

Had a very bad experience. Waist of time, no proper guidance, need to wait a long time and your numbers will not come serial.. Incase you have any problem it will come full day to short out. You need go again counter to make a token.. Previous location was excellent which was in crp road. Best process for the renewal do that by embassy.
