I am utterly confused and frankly, frustrated, as to how IBT Overseas in Bathinda maintains such a high rating on Google. My recent visit was a shocking display of poor customer service and a complete lack of professionalism.
Upon arriving, the reception area was completely deserted--no one was present to greet or direct clients. After standing for over ten minutes, a single employee finally acknowledged us, not by approaching, but by shouting a question from a distance of about 10 feet, clearly showing little to no concern about our visit.
The subsequent interaction was just as cold and dismissive. I received a brief, unhelpful response to my query, reinforcing the feeling that my time and business were not valued.
The entire experience felt unprofessional and uncaring. If this is the service level offered at the main office, it raises serious doubts about the quality of the immigration consultation they claim to provide. This stark contrast between their supposed "number one" status and the actual poor service is deeply disappointing and misleading to potential clients. A major overhaul in their customer reception and staff training is desperately needed.
