Zero Star - Worst Experience Ever with Visa Point Visa Point is honestly a shame to call a visa consultancy. I applied for my brother's visa from the UK, and the service I received was absolutely unacceptable. * The staff are completely unprofessional, lacking even basic communication or business knowledge. * It took them over two weeks just to provide a simple contract, and even then, it was filled with careless mistakes (they even misused pronouns for my brother, writing "her" instead of "him"). * Instead of offering genuine support, they seemed only interested in collecting money while giving false promises. * Every request was met with excuses, and they repeatedly failed to provide the documents and assistance I needed. * At one point, they even blocked my number while I was trying to converse with them. * On top of that, they told me things like "we don't use emails," "our emails don't work," and even "there's no internet" -- the most ridiculous excuses I've ever heard from any business. I dealt with staff members like Neha, Aman, and Shivam, and the experience was consistently frustrating -- delays, excuses, and no real responsibility taken. If you're considering Visa Point, save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. They are unreliable, careless, and not worth your trust or money.

FRAUD ALERT!!! The visa point Jalandhar Total time wasters!!! They show you fakery first about their visa success rate, then take your money and are also willing to forge fake documents which will eventually result in your VISA REFUSAL. Never answer phone calls, no updates, no replies. Do your research and be aware.
