Aadhaar Enrolment Center

Waste Totally waste. If someone planning to go there better go for someother place. Even after I had appointment booked from aadhar website, the guy here said that It will not work and I said me to collect separate token for that aadhaar update by standing in long queue. Total waste of time.

Very worst staff .. they r not eligible to wrk here .I came for a aadhar mobile change I was waiting from mrng 9 o clock,there r so many ppl waiting by the queue 9:30 token given only 30 token was given above 30 tokens are not allowed 10 clk they opened office till 10:50 gps was not connecting after 11 :30 only 3 token was complet I was waiting with my 1 yr bby my token was 17 I told him to consider but he was not considering that was waiting with bby ... Till 12 clk im stayed there was no quick work process I walk away from there 3hrs waiting with bby just to change a mobile number is that I'm looser.. I'm came from viruthunagar to change mobile number with Aadhar that staff was casually saying why did u came from there all over india anywhere u will change...what a lethargic answer they are much spending time with there Mobile phn such a worst

Had one of the worst experience. I had to add my kid's initial to Aadhar to match with birth certificate. Went couple of times. Initialliy, they said token are over. Second time they said students who are less than 18 years cannot be serviced there. It should be done only in Koyambedu branch. No proper enquiry or information. We need to get this information only when they distribute token after being in the queue for over one hour from 8:30-9:00am onwards until 10:15am.Treating people like fools by these office. Earlier they did this change for less than 18 years. Now they stopped and no info of any kind either in the net or any notice. They randomly stop services as per their whims and fancies. Aadhaar is taken based on birth certificate only, the name printed without initial itself is the officials. For their own mistakes, we, the general public has to suffer like this.

We really had good experience at this place to update the phone number . We already filled the form and went . It was a easy process . We went around afternoon during weekdays . We have to consider their situation too sitting inside the room without AC or there is only single person to handle everything. You cannot expect that person to talk much as everything is given in website . Do your own research and go to avoid miserable situations .

Worst experience, worth for Negative stars. Token issuing guy came at 9:55am and straightaway rejected token to many who needs Aadhar name correction for their kids (just to remove the initials in Aadhar and make it look like the Birth Certificate name). He says kids under 18 name correction is not possible in this center bcos he claims that server will not allow under 18 name correction and asked me to go to Mudalvar camp at Akkarai in ECR or any Head post office for Aadhar card name correction. Is this not a Aadhar related Government office or this guy selectively rejecting the requests as he desires?

When I went for enrolling my child's aadhar, they told they don't do it here. Instead I need to go to a camp in ecr which only comes once in a while. And if that does not work out I need to go to Koyambedu. Why do we have so many aadhar offices if these guys cannot help us ? A person from OMR needs to go all the way to Koyambedu to apply Aadhar ? Seriously why are these offices even operating then. No wonder India lags behind due to its inefficient system

They mentioned Aadhaar enrolment for kids is not done here, it should be done in post office only. address change or mobile number updates are only handled here. Not sure why its mentioned as Aadhaar enrollment centre in Google

Not even want to give 1 star also. Very worst behavior by stuff member there is no crowd in the centre but they don't even want to do any service.i went for my aadhar update he simply said server not working and told to come tomorrow. I went because it was a Government centre but behavior is so bad
