Open time is 9.15 but these employees are come 10.50 ,11.00 etc. big joke is there is digital attendance system.. who is going to questioning them. Am affected Directly two days.

I visited the EPFO Tambaram office today and found that the general enquiry process is well organised. Token was issued with the roll number and customers were called as per the roll number through a computerised system. Sufficient seating arrangements were provided outside as well as inside the office building. Multiple counters are available to attend to the customers.

Get the token from security and visited the counter for query. The guy who sits at the counter, outside cubicles, was very helpful and got quick resolution for PF closure issue.

Very efficient office, sorted our issue within 10 minutes. The procedure shown on the website was complex, howvever the office staff told us a far simpler procedure.

Server down server down.i visited two times and two times server down and it is back to back days.it is typical central govt office without parking..park in the road and take the token and wait for u r turn. First they will ask , do online sir but online server also won't work so only we visited here..all moving the ball to out of the court.. I can see lot of women's waiting..

Organized well with token system, serving time 20-30mins. Have done aadhar seeding for old pf account to current UAN. Have been asked to go Royapettah EPFO because of my employer registration is over there. Wasted 40mins. Better to check in WhatsApp support before going into an EPFO. Another person was asked to go pune EPFO pathetic..
