Vintage building entrance need to renew so that it will be cool

Located in the prime area and functioning in one of the oldest building. Its a general and main post office. It has bank facility, insurance, ATM, western union etc.. The unique Parcel Service with packing facilities avilable, parcel boxs, stationeries are avilable. But this unique building maintenance is very poor and in a dangerous condition

Service is the worst to the core in GPO Post office. Nobody knows what for they are working. All are useless staff . My one star is to write about their service - Hell services given by them - i have closed my account and asked my people also to close there account. Central Government should analyse and appoint better staff to serve the public.

Was there to get my PPF tenure extended . Mr Thambu Raj who handles the PPF desk was very helpful and got it done as quick as he possibly can despite several manual steps . The department should look into further digitisation to help the staff and customers though.

I got to the place at 10:50am. Right now it is 11:20am. I was second in line for the past 30min. Just standing there. The person sitting at the speed post bill counter has no courtesy to ask me to sit or said "it will take time please sit i will call out to you next". I was standing for 30min hoping I would be next. This is absolutely the worst experience for the customer. Why don't they have simple empathy towards customers. Does the post office not keep their employees happy. I am so sorry to feel this way. They are our government employees yet they acted like they don't care about anything in the world. I would not give 1star. If there's an option to give 0 stars. Finally they took my parcel at 11:24am and completed the process by 11: 28am. I am off. The worst experience ever. Thanks to this government. Your people are way happier now.
