Frauds. They take money, spend months and then stop picking calls. For a birth certificate. Big time frauds.

The proprietor is so professional in understanding the requirements of the customer. He did Aadhar address update, as desired within short span of time. Highlight is that the address shall be customized as per preference of the customer following standard procedure. Will highly recommend GOODWILL for any service pertaining to Aadhar Card. I did passport renewal recently for my family. If there is any delay or issue, they don't care. They just book an appointment and give, and nothing beyond. So don't expect them to help you with your concerns. Not very professional, just basic service provided.

I requested to incorporate corrections in my Son-in-law's birth certificate. He arranged correction perfectly as per our request. During this COVID-19 crisis, he has helped us. Otherwise we would have run pillar to post for this work. Great !

Pathetic service, they are the bunch of crooks. I'm going to report these guys. I had to travel outside and I asked for a PCC, I missed mentioning that am traveling but I did ask them if I need to appear in between the process and they said directly I can come to pick the PCC in a week to 10 days from there office and based on that conversation I paid the amount, now they called me again to say I have an appointment on a date when I was actually traveling and they started deleting the WhatsApp chat and denied the fact that they had agreed that my appearance won't be needed. On asking the money back, this person started shouting on call and deduct the money for no reason. Please stay away from such fraudsters. I'm going to report them.

I contacted him for some changes in my spouse passport and fresh passport for my son. And Goodwill Associates helped me a lot to do these changes hassle free and without running here and there.

I approached him for change of some details in my daughter's birth certificate which he had got done perfectly and within record time. Otherwise I should have spent quite some time running around. Thanks Goodwill associates!
