We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The breakfast every morning was very good, and the hotel is cleaned every day. They change the bed linens daily, which we really appreciated.
The cleaning staff are so kind, and Mr Melvin was especially helpful and welcoming. The team (Mr Raman,Mr Ilajaraja, MRS Geetha,Miss Nithya) truly made us feel like family.
The beds are very comfortable, perfect for a family stay.
We have nothing negative to say everything was excellent!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and well organised. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the complimentary amenities were good and thoughtfully provided.
A special mention to the concierge team Mr Sridhar and Gopi.-- they were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful with recommendations and arrangements, which made our stay much more convenient and enjoyable. The staff overall were courteous and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.

My family and I had an excellent stay at Grand GRT Chennai. We were here with a large party from the US for a wedding and we had a great time here. The service is super, and the hotel provides excellent amenities. We went to the spa, swam in the pool, had our hair done, and had assistance dressing into our Sarees. We also were able to book transportation for the airport and booked day tours of the city through the hotel. The food was of highest quality with a wonderful buffet and restaurant within the hotel. Everything at the hotel is safe for foreigners and anything we needed the staff made sure to provide. I highly recommend this hotel for any guest.

We booked a Deluxe Suite, which is a very spacious facility with outstanding layout and offering comfort like a mini home. Bathroom offered separate shower, bath tub and all essential accessories. The lounge room came with a pro massage chair which offered the luxury of relieving body stress.
The breakfast and dinner buffets offered fine dining style menu with multiple cuisine.
The staff hospitality was outstanding and we found them to be very polite, responsive and sincerely caring the welfare of the guests.
The price was also a big plus point, offering 6+ star class accommodation for an extremely affordable suite.

Good location, very beautiful hotel, friendly staff, good food options at multiple restaurants. Very nice buffet breakfast spread each morning during our 5 nights stay. Only negative experience we had was we did not receive the welcome at this hotel that other guests after us got compared with the welcome we received at other GRT Hotels during our tour of South India. Our 2 side by side rooms on level 5 were of different standards which was taken care of the next day after upgrading to level 8.

Vanakam, im Shakila stayed at GRT Kanchipuram for 1 night and 5 nights at GRT Chennai. It was a pleasant stay. I actually went back to GRT Chennai after 7 years and the standard never drop. The cleanliness, hospitality and the food quality was top notch. What i like the most is the welcoming and friendly staffs. Here i would like to acknowledge few people:

Currently staying at this hotel and I can only say great things about it. The staff are extremely kind, welcoming, and highly professional. They truly make you feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout your stay.
