My order reached chennai on 8th Sep 2025@ 8.42am from Uk. From 1st of sept to 8th of sept 25 i have tracking details in my hand. After that till now (today 22nd Sep2025 ) no response from them. So may call i tried - all waste.I don't know what the hell is happening in is? Its jus a book i ordered.

My consignment containing delicate and precious super bike parts was processed within the same day by this office. But they Incurred 56% duty though! I had to pay 23,500Rs for a product costing 42,000 Rs, Strange! The local post man told me that I can reimburse the duty that I paid for inaccurate processing after filing a claim. But we all know how it works! Anyways they did not damage my imports during their inspection. After reading so many negative reviews, I was praying to God that my parts came undamaged and God answered my prayers.

I send a document 15 days ago. It reached India 10 days before and still saying it needs clearance for customs... It's very important document..not sure why they are taking so much time to clear in postal department in India. Such a worst experience.

My Parcel# RE964734471SE held at Chennai Customs . I am getting delay in receiving my parcel# RE964734471SE.
My parcel was held by "Chennai (Ex Madras) Exchange Office [02-0202016]" for customs verification more than a month ago and later it is in stable status, no update from there still. I don't understand who will verify it and when will I get delivered it. which person I would contact for more info. I believe and more trust on you please update the status of the parcel and reply me As soon as possible.

Very poor service. The shame of Postal service in India. Better shift it to private. Then only we can see efficiency. What are the staffs doing there?. My parcel was blocked in the Chennai post office for more than a month...what you are doing. Please through your landline phones and close the post office. Noting happening there..

A parcel was sent to me from Germany on 20.12.2021 through DHL. I did not receive it yet. It is almost more than a month. I have been trying to reach Chennai office but no one attends the call. Shame on them. I also heard that most parcels received are retained by them citing various reasons. Now I doubt whether I will be receiving the gifts that were sent to me.

I was send my parcel from uk 6/10/23 on 13 /10 its reached in chennai FPO for clearence still not yet moved from there its for my baby products .what system in India I don't knw what the staffs are doing there I try to call them nobody is responding. Such a unresponsible ppl I never seen in my life
