Injambakkam post office

Very irresponsible staff they didnt deliver my post without coming to my home without delivering it without any proper information they return it back, when i went to enquire about it they didn't respond properly and it's their mistake and they didn't take any measure for it they didn't even apologise for it .Many people are face the same issue need to raise complaint against this post office.If we raised complaint also the don't take it serious.All the offical post like adhaar and all comes through India post what we people do.This only post office is responsible for post, courier delivery for ECR. Because of these irresponsible people I am facing several problems.

Worst experience ever they didn't even care when I enquired about my speed post. A lady wearing specs was very rude and told how they can come in person directly like that no amount of responsibility with the work think of the situation with old illiterate people?

Went for aadhar updation. Was asked to come after 2 days. When I went on the given time. The person who gave the timing was not there other staff gave so many reasons.I was asked to go elsewhere & get it done. If this is what they are going to do why give token. Useless post office don't waste your time & energy going here.

Google needs to bring up an option to provide zero Stars. Went for aadhar demographic update. There is a lady who works in this office who shoos the visitors telling some or the other reason, asking people to come 2 days later or 3 days later for no reason.

hidden away in a dilapidated building the post office still manages to do its work. the staff were helpful when I had to collect a large and heavy parcel - using the postal services after years!

They are irresponsible, even the person available in home. They didn't deliver the post. But article status they kept as door locked

Friendly service proper guidance adhar updation is also available in less fees there many scheme also available for saving n girl baby. Headmaster of postoffice help people in al queries.

Pathetic service. The server will be down most of the time. No respect for customers, they will just make you wait and happily chat with their colleagues with stupid stories
